The store was bright and layed out…
The store was bright and layed out well. Even though they didn't have any of the appliances (brand) we wanted to see they had a few pieces in the sizes we were hoping to look at.
The whole process of ordering was easy and done in a timely manner.
Overall we were pleased with the service from start to finish.
We would recommend this company to our family and friends when shopping for appliances.

full story... the first time in store the sales guy was way to pushy that i walk out of the store. the second time i came in that same guy was watch a show on computer so i was able to talk with other sales person that helped my wife and i walk though which appliance would meet our needs.

Machines when delivered was .75 inches taller than standard
Had to make major and unsightly temporary modifications further very expensive permanently work required, felt we should’ve been advised of this anomaly waited 30 minutes to talk to rep could not even make eye contact, will try again

Delivery sucks
Sale of fridge was excellent. Was supposed to be delivered on wed! Didn’t happen. Then said Thursday. Didn’t happen. Now hopefully on Friday. Terrible delivery. Sold old fridge and try living without fridge when promised!!! Not impressed

Freezer arrived with very small scratch on front at top. Also found out that we purchased a Discontinued model which was never mentioned upon inital meet with salesperson. Hopefully all goes well with it. Buyers beware I suppose.

my new fridge is scratched but wasnt noticeable when I checked it on the street so I am disappointed. it will bug me every time I use the fridge. it is in a noticeable spot. I guess the packing plastic/cover wasnt completely removed when I checked it

Hunting for a Whirlpool range…
We were in the market for a Whirlpool range. CAS had display ranges on the floor and the unit we wanted was in stock. The sales staff was helpful, knowledgeable and organized the logistics of delivery and recycling. A pleasant experience, overall.

Great Shopping Experience
The sales representative, Brad Cool, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped us find what we needed and what fit our budget with no pressure and lots of useful info. The prices are the best in Greater Victoria, I highly recommend CAS.
