Hossein was very professional, accommodating and courteous. We were able to check out the appliances without pressure then he was helpful with all our questions. We are very happy with our purchase.

It was quick and painless
It was quick and painless, and the service was great. Didn't feel pushed to get a higher end model or anything, we came in with one in mind and they helped us get it. Made a stressful situation much easier.

Delivery time kept changing
Everything was great except that the estimated time kept changing. From 12:15 to 2:20. I came over to my mom's to help her on time and had to wait another two hours. Other than that, the guys were great!

Overall a smooth buying experience
Overall a smooth buying experience
I bought a fridge and washer dryer. The only issue I had was that we had to wait a few hours before the fridge was to turn on. This was to make sure all the compressor oils settled if it was moved during transport. I wish I was verbally reminded of this procedure during the purchase. I had to scramble last minute to find a place for all my fridge items but it worked out in the end.

Efficient and positive
Ease in finding on the web site the product I needed, offer to buy 2 for less right on the offer page helpful since I was possibly going to need 2 but only immediately needed 1, so helped to save me money. Sales person knowledgeable and help me feel confident about the model I was choosing. Ease in following up to complete the purchase once I had confirmation of a delivery date ( required as part of purchase transaction). Delivery also efficient, text sent with link to track delivery so I knew how long before their arrival. Retrieval of old stoves and divery of the 2 stoves in separate entrances was quick well organized and polite.

customer service
The GE washer/dryer unit is fine but the service was abysmal. The salesperson was okay but the pick-up by a third party could not have been worse. I live in a remote community and the local freight service was refused when they first attempted to pick it up from the Burnaby warehouse. They had all the paperwork EXCEPT for a 'manifest' (usually only required for an international shipment). Armed with more paperwork it was successfully picked up the following week. (The freight company only goes to Vancouver once a week.) The freight company has picked up at the Burnaby warehouse on other occasions with no problems. Perhaps the employee involved was having a bad day and over-exercising whatever authority he had. CAS had my full payment plus my machine. Dreadful customer service.

I am sorry to learn about your delivery experience.
As per our records, the third party pickup was approved on March 7th 2023 for the freight company.
However, our warehouse team was unable to release your GE laundry center as they did not have the proper documents.
They were not able to provide a work ID or manifest upon pickup to authenticate the company.
Please understand that we have a strict pick-up policy in place for security reasons.
Unfortunately, due to past occurrences of fraudulent activity, we have had to update our policies.
We can see that the appliance was eventually picked on March 21st.
My apologies again for the inconvenience caused.
