This was my first purchase with your company, and I am extremely satisfied with the entire experience from sales through to the delivery of my new refrigerator and stove.
Tahmidur Rahman was exceptionally helpful from my initial visit to my return visit to complete the purchase. He provided outstanding support throughout the process, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and delivered a level of service that ultimately led me to choose your company in the end.
I was equally impressed with the delivery service. The team kept me well-informed regarding the delivery time, and the delivery staff were professional and courteous. They wore protective coverings on their shoes, handled the installation efficiently, and removed my old appliances without issue.

Same day delivery!!
Same-day delivery! CAS saved me when another company canceled my order earlier in the week and couldn't make delivery for 4 days! The only downside was that the live tracking did not update, and the delivery time window was off by 2 hours; my delivery arrived 2 hours later than originally estimated. But I'm not complaining; I'd rather wait 2 hours than 48!

Fridge broke twice in just over 2 years
I purchased a refrigerator and an extended warranty. The fridge has broken twice, in just over 2 years. The first time I utilized the extended warranty, it took 3 weeks to fix it. However, at least I was in communication with the company and repair person. This time, I have not had anyone contact me to come and even look at the fridge and it has been almost 2 weeks! Canadian Appliance has barely responded to my emails to them regarding the product they sold me and the extended warranty they also sold to me. Do NOT buy from them! They do NOT back up their products.

Overall, Very Impressed.
It was my first time buying from this company, so I was a bit concerned. Turns out they have great service, prices and expedited delivery. Also, excellent communication regarding delivery … on time and unboxed. Very easy to set up. My only negative was I had to change the fridge and freezer doors to the opposite side, which was very difficult to do. I wish they offered that service.
