We bought this fridge from CAS and had…
We bought this fridge from CAS and had it delivered, the fridge has an exposed coil and overheating (Freezer does not work) It took a week to get elite appliance out to look at it, they have told us they will try to repair it however if the repair does not work then they will replace it. When asked how long this would take, they said 7-10 business days for the part to come in and then they will schedule a technician to come out to make the repair. If the repair does not work then they will give us a new fridge.
I understand these things happen, however we have been given the run around and this is going on 3 weeks now and just had the part ordered.
I would never recommend this fridge or company. 0 stars.

Ordered dryer online from this company
Ordered dryer online from this company. Never again! Poor and deceptive service. I am in a wheelchair and mobility is restricted requiring a stairlift in my back split home. My laundry room is the basement without stairlift access. I purchased a Maytag dryer including installation and appliance removal from CAS. After taking the dryer to the basement the delivery personnel stated they were unable to install the dryer and that I would need a third party to complete the install. The delivery personnel took the old dryer. I was going to overlook the failure to install but until I found the packaging trash sitting in the middle of my drivewayI telephoned CAS to object and request pickup of the packaging trash. I was told the order said the packaging was to be left behind but they would see if their personnel would pick up the packaging trash. Why would I request to keep trash?
I was prepared to overlook CAS' failure to install but not after finding the packaging trash in the driveway. Despite my complaint to their customer service the packaging trash was not picked and I incurred additional installation charges. My fault for not refusing the delivery and completing the dryer purchase from an honest and legitimate vendor. Buyer beware! Accordingly, I cannot recommend CAS.

We are sorry for the difficulties you experienced during the delivery and installation of your new Maytag dryer. We always want your experience to be as smooth as possible!
We understand your frustration regarding the packaging and the vent setup.
Just to help clarify what happened, it looks like the packaging removal service wasn't selected at checkout, which is why the team left the boxes with you.
Additionally, on the delivery day, our team noticed that the vent goes through the ceiling, which is a specialized service we do not to offer.

All went well until the installation…
All went well until the installation part. My first appointment..5 to 8pm..not met. My second one..2 to 5pm was not met until 6:30pm.
The installation and haul away went well..just didn't happen timely.
