Canadian Appliance Source, founded in 2008, has developed into a forerunner of modern appliance retail. - 60-Day Full Refund Window: You have a full 60 days from purchase to initiate a return or exchange.

Good service, but room for improvement
Unfortunately, the range hood we purchased has been twice delayed and we had to purchase an upgrade that was on stock. Also we were told the hood was for a 6” duct, but it turner out to be an 8”, which left us with a very expensive work to accommodate. While service was good overall, the sales staff should be more knowledgeable about the products, especially when a fit in customer home is crucial.

My initial in store experience was not good. I felt very rushed and the store stunk like a pool hall. I think everyone smokes there and I actually left the store and made my purchase online.
