Canadian Appliance Source, founded in 2008, has developed into a forerunner of modern appliance retail. I was told a replacement for a damaged part would be sent to me, but without contacting me this was changed to someone coming to my house to replace the part. I had to cancel the latter and arrange again for the former.

We purchased a Samsung Fridge on Thursday August 20, for delivery on Monday August 24. On Monday morning prior to delivery, the CAS website showed the price to be $290 less than what we paid. When we received no return phone calls when messages were left, my wife went in to speak to the sales person. He was busy , but my wife was told the company would not provide any refund or issue a store credit. We should have been informed on the 20th that there would be a sale on our fridge the following week & we would have waited. We will not purchase from them again.
