Was told by sales rep that the old…
Was told by sales rep that the old appliances would be disconnected and new appliances connnected by delivery workers. This was untrue. Had to disconnect and connect washing machine.
Paid to have packaging taken away. There was packaging left behind because delivery personnel didn’t connect washer.
Called sales rep to outline experience. It has now been 6 days and haven’t heard from sales rep after leaving voice message.

As we do not manufacture the appliances we deliver, we are unable to determine if a unit is defective before it is unboxed and installed.
We have noted that the defective unit was removed the same day, and a replacement is scheduled for delivery on March 12th.

Great service, great sales representative. Ahmad knew what he was talking about when we came to shop for a dishwasher. We haven't tried the dishwasher yet, so not too sure yet about the appliance yet.

We bought a dishwasher I went to install it didn't come with a hot water supply line.
Was never told I needed to get one had to wait a day
went to your store in Windsor was told they don't carry them(why not?).
So I had to purchase one knowledge is so important

We do not stock these parts directly. They can be ordered through the manufacturer or purchased at a local hardware store.

Less Than Acceptable!
We bought a fridge and stove for a basement kitchenette. The delivery men dropped the fridge on our hardwood floors and left some significant damage. They offered us $200 compensation for repairs that will cost us much more.
They left the fridge where the stove goes, and the stove where the fridge goes.
They left all the packaging on our driveway. When I called, they said they don't remove packaging anymore, even though their website says they do.
And to top it off, the light bulb in the oven doesn't work. Instead of just getting me a $5 replacement bulb, they're making me file a warranty claim with G.E.
If I could give less than a 1-star rating, I would.

Regarding compensation, damage claims are reviewed by our Claims department, and offers are made based on the intensity of the damage.
We apologize if the offer was not satisfactory. You are welcome to contact our Claims team directly to discuss this further.
Please note that, per our recently implemented policy, all appliance packaging will now be left with the customer.
As per our records we can see that we sent the team once again to relocate your fridge and range as well as remove the packaging from your property.
With regards to the defective light bulb, we do not sell parts separately.
Any damaged parts should be sourced directly from the manufacturer, as all appliances come with a one-year manufacturer's warranty.

Purchase of 5 appliances from Cas appliances and Ahmad Faizi
My wife and I recently purchased all new appliances from Ahmad Faizi at the Guelph store and he was outstanding in selecting what we actually needed and was so polite and professional. The delivery people were fast and neat very happy people. The purchase and delivery were all completed on time and without any problems. I would highly recommend Ahmad Faizi and the Guelph store for your appliances.

I was pleased when I called in and Sheshna was able to reschedule the delivery of my appliances I had ordered. I had forgotten to reschedule and when I received the email notification to say they were being delivered the next day, I thought it was too late to make adjustments to that delivery date. But Sheshna did it for me in no time! Thank you!

Deceptive Practice
The salesperson did not inform me of their return policy, which requires a 25% restocking fee. I feel I was distracted by the policy he did tell me, which was I had 48 hours to return it if it had any damages. When I picked up my appliance at the warehouse, the attendant also reiterated that policy but didn't tell me of the actual return policy. In addition, this policy is not on the release form that I signed to get my appliance. Also, this is the second appliance I have purchased from CAS. The first salesman also did not inform me of the return policy. When I picked up that appliance, the attendant also did not mention the return policy, rather, again they both brought the 48 hours to return if damaged policy to my attention. Because it involves such a steep surcharge, and because there is consistent non disclosure of their policy, I consider this to be a deceptive practice. I would not have proceeded with either purchase if I had known. I can't afford to pay them 25% to take back their product. It's truly unethical.

We regret to learn that you were not informed about our return policy.
Please note that our return policy is publicly available on our website for customers to view and refer to when purchasing appliances.
There may be a 25% restocking fee for the return of "unwanted" items and as such an additional delivery fee would be applied.
Our records show that eventually you preferred to keep the GE washer even though we had approved your request to exchange the appliance with a restocking fee on September 22nd of 2023.
