Doing your research ahead of time, provides an opportunity to sit with the sales representative, to create a more personal experience.
There was no high pressure sales approach. I appreciated the attempt by the sales representative to arrive at a more satisfactory lower price than online.

Great Experience
We had a great experience from ordering to delivery! I was able to confirm next-day delivery would be available for our fridge before ordering and was given a code to lower the delivery fee. Delivery was within the window and the live-tracking was a very helpful feature. Would definitely order from here again!

I was given wrong information at the…
I was given wrong information at the store about the delivery schedule. I asked to take the old frig at the store, but the delivery people did not have that instruction on the order. I asked them to at least to but the old frig in the garage, the junior guy said yes but the senior guy did not even respond, they went outside got in their truck and left. 2 things happen here, the sale rep at the store screwed the order and the delivery guys were rude and obviously did not about me the client stuck with the old frig. My wife and I are both senior citizen.

Information erronée, vendeur attire notre attention ailleurs que sur les produits qui nous intéressent
Une semaine avant notre déplacement au commerce de Laval, nous obtenons au téléphone la confirmation que la livraison est possible chez nous (103 km).
Nous nous rendons et le vendeur alors que nous nous rendons nous attire loins des produits que l’on regarde (appareils déballés). Au final nous choisissons un appareil déballé qui comble nos besoins et devant son bureau il nous apprend que la livraison ne peut se faire à notre adresse contrairement à ce qu’une représentante nous avait dit la semaine précédente. Il vérifie si la livraison peut se faite à partir d’Ottawa et la réponse est non puisqu’ils n’ont pas le modèle choisi. De retour à notre domicile, nous faisons des appels à Ottawa et on apprend qu’il y a un commerce à Gatineau et qu’ils ont notre choix et qu’ils peuvent faire la livraison. Nous procédons à l’achat. Dix minutes après le paiement le vendeur de Laval nous informe au téléphone qu’il peut faire transférer son frigo à Ottawa pour qu’eux fasse la livraison à notre domicile. Alors pourquoi faire simple quand on peut faire compliqué?

Veuillez comprendre que CAS ne facilite généralement pas les transferts d'un entrepôt à l'autre - c'est pourquoi notre équipe de vente n'a pas été en mesure de répondre à votre demande au début.
Cependant, je constate que vous avez finalement reçu votre appareil le 1er juin.

Delivered broken unit, refuse to replace
Bought washer and dryer. Washer delivered defective. Motor burnt. Contacted CAS. They will not replace and insist we deal with the manufacturer, who took two weeks to get a technician to our house. Diagnosed the problem. Needs to replace motor which will take an additional three weeks. No reply from CAS on my last plea for them to simply replace the unit with one that works. Terrible client service. Avoid.

Please note that CAS does not manufacture any of the appliances we sell and unfortunately, functional issues do occur, even with new appliances.
Please understand that functional issues are the responsibility of the manufacturer as they hold the first year manufacturer's warranty.
The manufacturer's first port of call would be to service your appliance.
However, after many attempts at service with the underlying issue still persisting, the manufacturer may decide to replace the appliance.
