I was looking around for a company who can help me disconnect and haul my old washer and dryer and install my new one. All of those I called wanted me to disconnect them first before hauling. I am a widow and have an 11 year old son who knew nothing about these things and afraid to make mistakes on which one I disconnect. I feel so blessed to find Canadian Appliance Source as they helped me do all these things. The customer service representative (Atri Desai) is a no non-sense guy. He asked me what I needed and immediately scheduled delivery after payment. Atri is easy to reach and did not hesitate to answer my questions. I highly commend the 2 people from this company (Ozzie and Shane) who helped disconnect and haul my old appliance with such care and assurance not to damage anything. Ozzie installed my new washer and dryer with such professionalism and knowledge while Shane helped him to complete the task. Overall, it did not take a long time for them to complete everything. I do hope that these new machines will last us a long time (a different review I guess). I am so happy it is finished. I have been contemplating about this a long time and CAS helped me relieve this stress. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts and more power to your company.

I today needed to follow up to arrange delivery of some new appliances.. I spoke with Rayan Seepersand with little required wait time.. he was efficient and very helpful in adjusting our delivery issue and followed up with a phone call to confirm once completed… great work Rayan .. appreciate your attention to a great customer experience with CAS…

(Updated)Zero Stars -The WORST service in town. DO NOT buy from these people. They sold us a fridge that is way too big for a space and when you try to resolve the issue they tell you they cannot do anything about it. Vunny was our sales rep and he did nothing to help us with the issue. They refuse to even discuss options to get one that fits the space,like relying on their 35% restocking fee. SHOP ELSEWHERE. This company is void of any customer service and is the kind of company we do not need in Edmonton. ****Update: So, customer service finally reached out, only to restate that they will not be helping us in any way. Their solution: "Sir, I suggest you resell the refrigerator as I cannot help you exchange or return" (the fridge has been at our house for a few days). They simply do not care if their clients receive an appliance solution that works for them; it seems they only care about making sure they make money. So now they have wasted my time on top of the disappointment of having the wrong size fridge.

My salesperson was not working, I called back and spoke to somebody that was rude and I hung up. I phoned back and spoke to Rayan. He was better.

Jordanos Haile did a wonderful job selling us a new LG washer and dryer. Absolutely the lowest price, included delivery and install and removal of old appliance. Delivery was on time, install was awesome, working perfectly. Already washed two loads of clothes. This washer (LG6700) washed a load in about 35 minutes. Seemed very quick. We love it. Thank you Jordy!!

Had a great chat with Sheshna, and she was very helpful. Have an issue with a thumping noise with our new MayTag fridge, and Sheshna provided all the relevant instructions in a timely manner. Thank you!

We have used CAS for several appliance purchases over the years. They are our Go To for these things. I have called, sometimes years later to get warranty information and such and they have always been extremely helpful and, in this case, Sheshna helped me so much.

I contacted Vunny after doing extensive on line research early in 2024. I had to screen shot what the current promotion was since he was not aware of it. Once he saw the screen shot from the website I got the currently advertised promotion. I went into the store (South Edmonton) a few days later, on a day that Vunny wasn't working, to finalize my order and make my payment. I was disappointed that none of the people on the floor were interested in showing me, in person, the appliances I ordered, since I expect, they weren't the salesperson. I wandered around on my own until I found my fridge, stove and dishwasher. I appreciate that CAS was able to store the appliances until my house was ready in early July.
The day before I had the appliance pick up scheduled, I reached Nishta when I called. She was very helpful. Answered all my questions about the process for picking up my purchase. I was very pleased to have such a knowledgeable, courteous person help me out. She gets 5 stars.

Spoke with Aisha. She was wonderful to deal with and was able to get me connected with the warranty group regarding our Samsung Fridge

This was my second time buying from Canadian Appliance Source. The representative I spoke with was Sheshnah. He was very professional and friendly at the same time. The reason I can't give a 5 star rating is more the companies fault. I bought my washer/dryer combo at an advertised sale price of $999 on Apr 2, 2024. I did this because the website said the sale would end on Apr 3, 2024. I was given a discount and purchased the machine. I checked on Apr 4, 2024 and saw the price was still $999. After my machine was delivered on Apr 5, 2024 I went back on the website to see that the same machine was now $899. I called to see if anything could be done and they wouldn't match the price for me. They also wouldn't uninstall my old machine. I don't recall having to install my old machine when I dealt with them the first time. I guess they just changed policies. Anyway good company, a lot of selection, and they're flexible on price to get the sale but, don't count on them price matching if their own product becomes cheaper.

Fridge was unboxed by their delivery team PRIOR to me receiving it and when I immediately noticed a problem (the left door was catching on my wall) their delivery guy told me to contact customer service and refused to take it back. I called them right away explaining the situation and based on their websites return policy I should be eligible for a full credit as I wasn’t the one who opened the box (all other packaging remained intact). They refused to offer me a credit in full. But instead unethically offered a credit on my lower “package price” but wanted to charge me full retail for the new one (additional $800 for the exact same fridge but smaller) + a restock fee. I complained and asked for the issue to be escalated as I had complied w their websites return policy but no luck. Eventually I gave up because this ordeal took over a week to resolve and I was out a fridge. This is after I had spent roughly $16k on appliances with them and after they had cancelled the original delivery date due to weather (leaving me without appliances for 5 days). Stick with the bigger guys, customer service hides behind emails and ignores when you reference their own website and they don’t have the means to react in timely manner. Sales guys can’t do much beyond sell you products, after that they’ll direct you to customer service for everything.
Side note the new dryer is making noises, noticed that immediately but was told to just contact manufacturer.

Purchased a new fridge and the delivery tracking site was not working correctly. I call customer service and spoke to Sheshna C and she was very friendly, courteous and provided me the delivery time. Thank you Sheshna!

Dealing with Viveck made my exchange transaction seamless. He went above and beyond to waive the restocking fee and order me a replacement refrigerator.

Delivery didn’t arrive as scheduled. No one called me to reschedule and they were unable to be contacted by telephone. I was put on hold for over 1 hour and no one ever came to my call. Very dissatisfied.

Our sales person was knowledgable and patient and helped us to make the purchases that are best for us.

Didn't want to deliver when scheduled, fought to get it delivered and someone removed the kick plate. We ( the truck driver and myself) couldn't get it back on. The store gave me some number that didnt understand the problem. Now waiting.
