Customer Service was great. Sales Rep was new so knowing of products spec n functions was a little rusty. With time she will become more knowledgable with specs of products when questions are ask or/and functions that customers do not want or do want. Delivery Service was excellent and on time. All and all I would recommend to others.

We were looking for a dishwasher
We were looking for a dishwasher. I've never had one. The selection was very, very good. The sales girl didn't seem too interested in helping us but I still purchased the dishwasher from her. I suppose she gets commission. I didn't purchase right then, but came back a few days later to purchase from her. The delivery was free and came when I was ready for installation. The delivery team was excellent.

Incomplete Delivery, Poor Communication, and Unfair Charges
I recently purchased a stacked washer and dryer set, expecting a smooth delivery and installation process. Unfortunately, my experience turned into a frustrating and time-consuming issue.
On the first delivery visit, the installation team was unable to complete the setup because the dryer vent in the condo was disconnected. While I understand that this was not their responsibility, what disappointed me was that they left without clearly informing me of the situation or next steps. As a result, I had to arrange for the vent to be fixed on my own.
After resolving the vent issue, I scheduled a second visit for installation. During this visit, the team discovered that there were missing parts from the dryer, which made it impossible to complete the installation again. This was extremely frustrating, as these missing parts should have been identified during the first visit.
To make matters worse, I was then asked to pay for the second installation visit, even though the issue was due to incomplete equipment provided by the company. This does not seem fair, as the delay and additional visit were not caused by me.
This situation has caused significant inconvenience for both me and my tenant, who cannot always be available for repeated service appointments. What should have been a simple purchase and installation turned into multiple delays, unexpected costs, and unnecessary stress.
I hope the company takes responsibility for situations like this in the future by ensuring all parts are included before delivery and by communicating clearly with customers during installation visits.

Vicky is great to deal with. Gave options that fit the specifications I required, answered all of my questions and offered additional information to help me make the decision easily. Setting up delivery was simple and stress free. When my first delivery ended up having damage when unboxed they immediately let me know, told me my options, and replaced the unit without question. My only very minor complaint was that the delivery folks did not bring runners or take off their shoes when bringing the first item in. They were friendly and courteous otherwise though. The second guys were fantastic when bringing my replacement and doing the install.
