Very responsive and customer friendly staff at CAS in resolving a return request.
I had purchased appliances worth over 4000 and had to return a microwave unit ( open box) simply because it was just too big for our kitchen counter. After initial assessment of the return by CAS's Return Authorization department, we were asked to pay a 25% re-stocking fee. After our request to review this decision Treshna (I reckon she works in the Return Authorization department) reviewed our request and decided to waive this restocking fee which we felt was the right decision in keeping our loyalty to CAS especially in the light of the fact that all other appliance retailers have no problem whatsoever in offering customers the feedom to return items.
Thank you Treshna - this is much appreciated and goes a long way in us returning to CAS for future needs and also spreading the word about CAS. I'd also like to give a shout-out to Armel Clarke and Viveck who helped with our order and were always very polite & responsive. A+ Service CAS!!!

The in-store experience with Steven. A knowledgeable, competent, service oriented salesman that price matched regarding the purchase of a Samsung electric clothes dryer. However, he failed to advise.
The in-store experience with Steven, the CAS salesman, was very pleasant, informative & their price matching policy was absolutely beneficial in the purchase of the electric clothes dryer.
The only complaints were that I requested the new dryer be side vented that evidently required the our purchase of a separate side vent kit that the CAS salesman failed to mention or sell me said kit.
Also the CAS installation crew, in my opinion, failed to properly install the dryer since the rear flexible duct is much to long that snakes in every direction. A perfect installation that would result in a duct fire!

Could have been a great experience
Edit - updating to 3 stars from 1. Wish I didn't have to escalate for resolution.
Customer service team was snarky and unhelpful up to the last minute. Luckily was able to connect with a team member who was able to find a fast solution and who was empathetic to the situation.
Do think consumers should use caution if installation will not be easy and get concerns documented in advance to avoid frustration.
Thank you kindly to the team member who was able to turn a bad experience into a positive one.

Your video says large appliances are removed from packaging, and the packaging is taken away. My dishwasher was left in the box.. I think a dishwasher is a large applaince.
