Great customer service. She helped me find the right dishwasher for my needs and budget. Dishwasher is installed (by my hubby) and working great. Arrived alot faster then other companies (got it same week) and cheaper over all even with 2 year extended warrenty .
I would recommend OAS to anyone.

I was very clear when I purchased the refrigerator that The old refrigerator would be moved to the garage and the refrigerator in the garage would be the one they would take away. However when they arrived they would either move the original refrigerator or remove the one in the garage but they wouldn’t do both because they considered thisTwo removals. I was very clear with a sales person and that was not told to me and I was not impressed that that would be said when they arrived. Also the freezer door has a dent on it.

Terrible Salesperson, disjointed process of adding a 3rd party to pick up a package. How is it that,adding a 3rd party takes more than 24hrs, but if l buy the same product over the phone standing at the pickup warehouse were l have been for an hour that transaction can be done in 10mins,and l walk out with the same product l was originally there to pick up . Mind boggling CAS.

Delivery of range within 48 hours of purchase was a pleasant surprise.

Delivered quickly and product works well. The install was deplorable. Installer didn’t know how to problem solve and didn’t care. Dryer vent was bent at 90 degree angle which caused it to split open. Because of this the unit didn’t sit properly in its space (under the stair stackable laundry unit) and the door wouldn’t close. I had to call my appliance guy to come and fix the mess.

My overall experience with Canadian Appliance Source was excellent. Price competitive & quick delivery. The product I ordered looks & works beautifully. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because I would have liked to be told upfront that their sales are final. If you have a problem of course it will be covered under the one year warranty by the manufacturer. As with most purchases an extended warranty is offered at an additional cost. Overall, I am very happy with my new refrigerator & appreciate how quickly & professional the deliver was & how seamlessly my purchase went. Thank you CAS !

I was really well informed on chat and by phone by one of the representatives. He gave me a great price. Shipping was super fast and very transparent, I knew exactly when my appliance was going to be delivered. Would definitely buy again from them.

Extremely rude delivery men. Probably didn’t realize I could understand their Spanish. Wouldn’t look at me or acknowledge anything I said. Swore and insulted me in Spanish. Tried to thank them but they just walked out.
