Hi I ordered product mcrowave from the company over the phone I was very precise on what item I wanted. Customer service guy ordered for me. Went to pick drove and hour and half. Wrong item I was very upset after driving on friday in crazy traffic to see the wrong item. Good thing I checked before I left the building.

My brand new Maytag washer stopped…
My brand new Maytag washer stopped working after 3 loads - wouldn't turn on - machine was in my house 3 days before it failed. Contacted Canadian Appliance - they arranged for a service technician and if necessary they would replace machine. Technician said it was the motherboard needed to be replaced. Canadian Appliance said it was under Maytag warranty now and will not replace the machine. I am waiting now for technician to order part (7 to 10 business days if lucky).
Canadian Appliance does not stand behind the products they sell. I would have given no stars.

Once an appliance is delivered, the manufacturer's warranty begins.
Any issue is subject to the manufacturer's warranty.
As such, the manufacturer will address any issue reported for service.
CAS as a retailer cannot repair or replace parts as we do not manufacture the appliances.

Please note, it's part of our delivery company's White Glove service to keep your appliance safe and damage-free when delivering inside your home.
This includes keeping your property free from possible damage also.
It's our team's responsibility to make certain judgments if they think that the conditions are unsafe to deliver.
Unfortunately, in this case, our delivery company was not informed that you resided in a townhouse and your fridge would need to go to the second floor.
we can see that the service call of $200 has been waived as a gesture of goodwill

We purchased a Bosch Dishwasher Model SHPM88Z75N8Z
We purchased a Bosch Dishwasher Model Number: SHPM88Z75N on July 22, 2023 from Canadian Appliance Source. This was replacing another Bosch Dishwasher which we purchased in 2013, which developed a problem that would cost almost $700. to repair which was not worth it.
We have nothing but good things to say about Canadian Appliance Source and Bosch. The purchase process was seamless and handled quickly and efficiently, It was delivered on July 24th and installed the next day. Our old Dishwasher gave us no trouble in the 10 Years we had it, and we are looking for the same with the new one. So far the dishes have come out totally dry and spotless, and when its on, if it was not for the red light which shines on the ground, you would not know it was working.

Ok experience but could be better .
Sales person was ok . Very hard to get in hold of anyone when he is off . Other salesperson not interested in helping out . Stove came in damaged , I was told they were going yo send a replacement, but no one reordered the stove . I have to chase them to reorder. I received an email that they are going to deliver the stove the next day between 1:30 pm and 5:30 pm on Saturday. We woke at 9 am just to find out that they were here at 8 am to deliver the stove. They changed the deliver time the same morning at 7:30 am that the delivery will be between 8 am to 12 pm and they came at 8:05 am . Now I had yo chase them to deliver it again and the earliest was a Monday. The Monday was the day my son was getting married and I had to stay behind till they deliver the stove .
