The store stayed open at the very last…
The store stayed open at the very last minute to accommodate us. Our new clothes dryer was ordered right away and arrived precisely when we wanted it. The installers did a wonderful job, so overall we were 100% satisfied. When we can afford a new dishwasher this will be the store where we will get it.

I purchased a Truarctic Full size fridge and a matching mini fridge from Canadian Appliance Source. On my first visit, I spoke with Fahad. He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful making the right choice for my needs. The store was exceptionally clean and tidy, Fahad was extremely friendly and answered all my questions. Delivery set up was a breeze the fridge was delivered within two days. I went back to the store to purchase the mini fridge and spoke with Imran. Just as before, he was very helpful, friendly set up delivery and I received the mini fridge in two days. I would highly recommend Canadian Appliance Source, they have a wide assortment of different appliances in store and the staff seems to be quite knowledgeable and helpful in helping you make a good choice for your home. The delivery people were very respectful? to the home, when they delivered my items!

Fantastic crew
Farhad was very helpful in recommending a good oven which I am very happy with as it has all the features that I wanted. Also after reading countless reviews on google about ovens its nice to have a personal discussion. Delivery crew was also great. Also I am quite happy with the Anmole who came twice to our home. Once to disconnect the gas and then to hook up the stove - great service and very knowledgeable, friendly and professional- my overall experience with them was fantastic and 👍👍👍👍

Helpful place to shop
'Went to the store more on a research mission and the saleperson allowed us to do just that, without any pressure. It was great to be able to actually see so many appliances to properly check them out.
As it was, we did find the appliances we liked and the salesperson worked with us to apply any discounts for the best deal available.
Delivery was right on time at a date we requested. A tight squeeze but the guys got it all in okay with a minimum of fuss. New fridge and range look/work great! Will definitely return there if we need any other new appliances. Very satisfied.

From the initial call- the agent picked…
From the initial call- the agent picked up the phone on the 2nd ring. The agent was kind courteous and knowledgeable while comparing different fridges for my needs and requests and emailed me all the relevant paperwork. The evening prior to the delivery, the time bracket for the delivery was punctually received. The day of the delivery, the Delivery Service raised punctuality to a fine art - they arrived early, even assisted with the final arrangements. The old fridge was removed. The new fridge was placed where it needed to go. Necessary instructions were given. And the entire business transaction was completed in less than 30 minutes! The instructions were followed and this report is complete!

In and out within 30 minutes. I went in knowing exactly what I was looking for and it was taken care of ASAP. Great price. Awesome delivery service. You can have your item delivered next day if in stock for a small fee or within 3 days at no charge. I have recently purchased 2 appliances at CAS and the customer service is awesome. Purchase of Samsung stackable washer and dryer
We made our purchase of a washer and dryer through Imran at CAS. We had to wait a little while for delivery however, we knew this from day of purchase due to needing the equipment to stack the machines. Both machines were delivered undamaged and set up in a reasonable time. Our old machines we removed as prearranged. We did a price comparison with 2 other businesses and CAS was slightly cheaper in the end. We will definitely return in the future.
