Great service so far

We have just renewed our company contract and upgraded the handsets via our account manager Charley Moetamedi who is polite, helpful and very efficient.
Charley is always on hand to answer any questions, no matter how small.

Amazing Service!

We have been with CAN Solutions Ltd for a while, but this time was a level above what we have experienced before. The level of customer service was excellent (Lawrence and Becky), they were very accommodating to our busy schedule and contacted us at times that were convenient for us and got us the best price possible to allow us to renew!!

DO NOT USE
Be aware when negotiating the initial contract, it may be a 3 year contract with an 18 month review which means the prices can change after 18 months but you are tied in for 3 years.
Don't bother with the MDM system, very poor experience of the set up.
The port was a disaster with mobile engineers having no internet for 2 days effecting the running of the business. Multiple sims had to be replaced due to no internet connection.
From contract to port was 4 months followed by a further month of sim issues.
I took a chance on a local company hoping for a more personalised service but once the contract is signed that person disappears. I have dealt with several people since which makes it very difficult to resolve issues.
Overall I do not recommend this Company

Well I was sceptical at first moving across to a new company who promised so much but I must say so far they have delivered on their professionalism, courtesy and reduced bills on our telecommunications.
