First time camping with my new sun camp single beds first night leg snaps on my 14 year old son do not buy these beds
After the reply from online camping Kevin I’m surprised everything hasn’t been returned his attitude stinks
You didn’t just ask me to return the item if you look back in your comments it clearly accuses me of not locking the legs in that’s what has caused the legs to snap but on the day of purchase I bought 3 camp beds and a mattress the mattress is brilliant but 2 of the 3 beds have snapped legs and you had a go at me for bad comments when clearly I was just warning other people to be careful of this when purchasing and as for a bad attitude well
Not only are you saying I didn’t put the beds up right you are verbally abusing my 14 your old son who is about 8 stone wet through ok we will leave it at that I have screen shots of all this I will now send to trading standards

Cancelled my order due to their supplier not having it! Don't try and sell what you have not got!

Product arrived on time, and was what I ordered, which shouldn't be a surprise but.

Easy to use website. Price very competitive and no extra shipping costs which meant that, for the item I ordered, it was less than other retailers were offering it for.
I contacted the seller on the day I ordered it, which was a Sunday, to ask how long before I got it, he replied it would be posted Monday therefore should receive it Tuesday. At 10.30am on Tuesday it was delivered. Very well done.
I would use Camping Online again especially as I checked with Companies House that they were a bona-fide company.

Ordered the grill over the bank hol, knowing it was a bank hol I didn't expect it to arrive till at least Friday 9th, but got a great surprise when it was delivered Wednesday 7th at midday, that to me is great service thank you.

Received item very quickly.
The mini oven works very well.
Would recommend this company.

The response from supplier below has no context.

They originally said to return the item to which i asked for return label which didn't happen , they then said would send again but didn't happen, delay tactic i think as only have a period of time to resolve, when i contacted a third time this is the type of response i have been receiving but at no point have they contacted me or discussed the issues with me to anticipate issue, Not sure if this is a standard letter/response, that in itself would suggest they have a bigger issue with the poles to create a standard letter or just a response from somebody with not much empathy or customer response skills .

Staff were extremely helpful with explaining products. I will certainly use again.

Purchased 16AMP connector from this company. Have fitted loads of these over the years but never seen such poor connectors. Had to buy a decent one from a decent company only a few quid more. So save your money and go elsewhere.

Received our “new” porch awning covered in mud showing it had clearly been used previously (perhaps a returned item) purchased via Amazon. Obviously company claiming this is not true and making me out to be a liar. Was going to return it to camping-online Ltd for refund but have seen a previous negative review saying they were not refunded although returned a faulty item. Will have to cut my losses as don’t want to be £250 out of pocket but would not recommend this company to anyone!
