Excellent and speedy service. This company are the new warranty work holders for Cross pens in the UK and I had a Cross Century pen which had seized up. Expecting to be told that either the warranty didn’t cover me or that it would take weeks, I duly sent the pen off to Manuscript. Posted it on Saturday morning and by Wednesday, I’d received the old pen back (not repairable) with a brand-new pen. Please be prepared for replacement rather than repair as this is often more economically viable, but be assured your original will be returned to you. (Mine had been a treasured gift).
I’m only too pleased to highly recommend as it’s such a rare thing to find good customer service these days. Incidentally, Katie was very helpful when I emailed initially.

Many, many years ago I received a Cross 12kt rolled gold pen as a leaving gift from work colleagues.
Sadly the inner mechanism had failed and I hadn't been able to replace the refill for some time. The pen was no longer of any use.
My contact with The Manuscript Pen Co was dealt with by Katie, their Supply Chain Analyst who very professionally, courteously and quickly was able to deal with the issue and arrange a replacement pen under the Lifetime Guarantee scheme.
My new pen will no doubt outlive me!!

Great repair service.
I sent my 30 year old AT Cross ballpen for repair under the lifetime guarantee. The pen had come apart and reassembly was not within my skillset as there were multiple washers and bushes and I did not know what order they should be in. I made contact with Katie at MPC Ltd and after sending photos of the pen parts, was asked to post it to them for repair which I duly did.
I returned from a 2 week vacation to find a package containing a brand new, boxed replacement pen, plus the original pen parts. I presume repair was either not possible or not cost effective but either way, I have to say what a fantastic guarantee you get with AT Cross pens and their UK agent, Manuscript Pen Company Ltd. Thank you Katie and MPC.

Bought a pen 2 years ago as a gift from an online retailer and when the clip broke I got in touch to ask if it could be repaired or replaced, only to be turned down. Then got in touch with the Manuscript pen Company to see if they could help me out. The service that I received was second to none !!! Sent the pen to them and 2 days later got a brand new one as well as the old one. I can only say that they have been absolutely Brilliant !! This company has recently assumed responsibility for undertaking warranty claims for Cross Pens.
My gold Cross Century ball point developed a fault and the item was replaced quickly and without charge. Superb service. Couldn't be better

I am extremely disappointed that manuscript heavily over charged me for 2 calligraphy sets for my Grandchildren for Christmas. Be aware that prices are extremely reduced in well known retail stores that are well known for stationary. I wish that I had looked there first or prepared to be ripped off.

Terrible quality. Absolute let down. The 2.2 and the 2.8 nibs are useless. Ink doesn't flow and you end up scratching the paper... and YES I know how to use calligraphy nibs. I bought these on the road to make certificates for vulnerable adults and the results look terrible. Had to have a spare piece of paper to constantly see if the ink would flow before doing each leg of a letter. Shouldn't have wasted £20 on this load of rubbish. I do NOT recommend

The Manuscript Pen Company has wonderful innovative ideas for writing and decorating your work which will make stand out, You may need some practice but it is worth it and the script will look fantastic. Worth a try

What a brilliant gift this would make! I bought this for myself as I used to do caligraphy ages ago and wanted to take it up again. A variety of nib widths and different coloured inks are included in this set along with a clear set of instructions and ideas to get you started. Excellent value and a swift dispatch. Highly recommended!

Funny though, I was about to contact you to ask about a problem. Why would the broader nibs, when attached to a cartridge flood with ink when trying to write?
It happened with two or three of them, and it was impossible to use them - to be fair I haven't tried them again since, as I haven't had much time, and it was only yesterday that I dropped into a local stockist to ask the question. They didn't know, and suggested I contact you ................ fortuitous or what!

Exactly as advertised on time and excellent product

But too much packages of dip nibs make me confused about their functions. If enclosed converter can be changed from opaque to transparent, it is much better to see the ink level. Moreover, in terms of using converter as ink sources, I would like to suggest to add agitator into converter to let ink flow freely.
