California Logo Designs Anmeldelser

The consultants were very quick to respond to request and make changes to meet my needs and wants.

Had the best experience ever! John knew what we needed to make our business profitable. He took his time to educate us on our weakest link and told us how to resolve the issue. Quick response, straight forward, very knowledgeable! John and Lia for the win!

Great experience we hit a couple bumps Climbing the mountain but came over the hill with clear skies. I look forward to doing more business with this company, I would like to send a special thank to Mrs.Jane Mr.Eric and Mr.Alex for all the great work they have done to help build and maintain my website to get my business off the ground. I am very please with the work.

I had my website designed by the first owners of the company and let me tell you, one of the worst experiences. filled with false promises and guaranteeing work that they didn’t have the skills to do. But then came along the new owners, who hired Eric. Night and day difference. He called to check up on me and my experience using California Logo Design. I told him how horrible the experience was and the first thing he did was apologies and understood that my frustration was warranted. he continued to explain how he was going to make things right. he said he will get back to me on what options. i’m so glad to see some people still care about customer service.

Responsive to feedback and decent turn around times.

John Anderson and his team are creating an app so that my customers can live with my brand side by side, he has been sharing every exciting step with me thoroughly! John Anderson and his team have previously completed 2 Patented logos for me as well as 2 beyond amazing and secured websites with 1 being an e-commerce site and produced my cover image as well as published my first book and walked me through the process of being a copyrighted published author as well as provided custom merchandise for my businesses and drop shipping applications for parts of my businesses!! Truly NO LIMITS! They have been a huge blessing in my life as well as my family’s lives! I’ll choose them again and again! My forever friends! More than a business, I consider them friends!

I have been working with John Andersen and his team for almost a year and it has been a pleasure to see the vision we created come to fruition. John has a true passion for his work and demands excellence in everything he presents. I’m excited to continue this thriving relationship and expanding the vision with people and tools that CLD offers!

Lucas and Jane did a great job! looking forward to working together in the near future.

I worked with California Logo Design to create a website for our small charity organisation. They did a good job to design the website however we have been having challenges for the past 4 months to go into our website and edit it. The login details they gave us to edit our own website do not work. They also created our organisational email accounts, I asked to make changes to email accounts for staff that have left our organisation but I have received no response to my problems. We paid for these services and it is only fair they respond to our problems. It's been 5 months now we still can not access our website control panel. Bad customer service and unresponsive. I would not recommend working with them.

This company needs to improve in more ways than one this company is completely unprofessional does not know how to handle projects and is very unresponsive I have a friend that works for The New York Times and I have told her all about this company she plans to do an interview with me as well to talk about the dissatisfaction that I have had with this company they are completely horrible I do not recommend them for anything!!!!

During the process of building my photography business I decided I needed a good logo, a recognizable brand. I searched the internet and decided on California Logo Designs. That initial contact with the company, namely John Anderson, resulted in a mind blowing website, a huge increase in my social media presence and suggestions (which I followed) about how to increase my brand exposure. John and his team are amazing to work with, they really nailed what I wanted and are highly professional. I was in the website business for 20+ years. California Logo Designs is by far the best firm I have ever worked with. Thanks John!

Juan has provided Great customer service through out this process and kept me very informed.

A+

John Anderson was and Angel for me working on merchandising and designing my logo and website.

I am really glad that I chose this company to develop my business logo and business cards. Everything was clear from day one and the process was so fast.
