Never received my order. Contacted them several times by email. Their response was a formal letter type response. I requested a refund to no avail. I called customer service phone number and it was no longer in service. I finally called my credit card company and reported them as a fraudulent company and the credit card company refunded my money.

I placed my order November 8th. Have not received my order. I contacted Cabrexa a couple of emails. They apologize and say it will ship that week..twice! Never received. I am requesting a refund. Hope there is no trouble. I should have checked reviews before ordering 🙄. Unhappy customer.

I wished I would have read the reviews before ordering, because I am in the same boat as all these reviews. I placed my order back in November and of course they took my money right away, however still waiting for my product. I reached out several times with replies saying they were behind with orders. Hey right!!! After I told them I wanted a full refund I have not heard back from them . They are a scam DO NOT order from them!!!! Very unhappy

SCAM - they don’t ever ship your order but they collect their money right away. Order says it will ship in 3- 7 days / complete lie. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

This is a horrible company to order from. I placed an order November 5 2023 I am still waiting on a confirmation that my order was shipped, current date is December 19, 2023. They took my money right away now here I am waiting and waiting. Do Not order from this company!!!!

Absloutely do not trust this company!! 100% scam. Take your money and never process your order. Been waiting over a month now for my order and no response to any of my emails or messages. Please somebody shut this company now!!!

Awful company! Placed an order,received a confirmation, then NOTHING! No response to inquiries on order status! It’s been months! Total ripoff.

Should be 0000 star. Ordered items, chair covers and Christmas tablecloth on 11/18/23 and have not received any. Number on website is invalid. How on earth do we track the thieves?????? My account was charged immediately of course. How would I manage to get a refund??

DO NOT ORDER, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, STILL NOT RESOLVED. I ordered couch covers back on Nov 3 and have still not received them. I have been in touch with them at least 3 times and they continuously say they had an "unexpectedly high demand" so were running behind but have given that same excuse multiple times. Like the other consumers' reviews, they are a scam. I am working with my bank to dispute the charge and request a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I mean -1 star piece of crap company , made order, never got, no one answered the phone-total scam!!!!!

I would give this company a zero if I could! I made the mistake of placing an order on 11/24/23 & as of this date I have not received my order. I have requested a cancellation on at least 4 occasions without resolution. I keep getting excuses from customer service. I have disputed this charge through my payer & am now waiting for a resolution.

I’m so angry at myself for not checking the company out ahead of time & considering a fraud lawsuit against them. They advertise “expert customer service” & a 30 day money back guarantee. Neither is true! STAY AWAY!!

SCAM! FRAUDULANT COMPANY! You will never receive the products you paid for. The phone number is invalid, they will not return your email or respond to the online chat. Every review on Google says the same thing!

Never received item. Attempts at contact via several methods were never answered. All numbers were disconnected.

I placed an order for couch slipcovers early in November with a promised delivery of 3-5 days. I am still waiting. I have contacted the company by email on 4 different occasions requesting that my order be cancelled and my money be refunded. Each time, they ignore my requests and assure me that when I receive the items ordered I will be completely satisfied. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They are a complete scam.

Its a scam took 180.00 from me - no product - no response, I have reported them to local authorities as well as my bank.

They are complete scammers. I ordered my slip covers in October and was told they would be here before Thanksgiving. This is December 5 and still have not received them or a response. This is the very last time I order anything advertisied on FB. Almost ALL FB ads are scams.

I made an order 3 months ago. Have emailed, messaged on the live web chat and tried calling all with no response. Yet I see they ran a Black Friday sale just recently. Thieves.
