Amazing service. So easy. I saved £250 per year from a ten-minute visit. Very quick, very easy to use. Perfect.

Not only is Cable's function to identify broadband coverage/providers inaccurate, but the way they display information is very misleading. Used Cable.co.uk to try and identify the best broadband providers for my area. Put in my post code and Talk Talk came out on top, along with a number for ordering. I assumed I was calling Talk Talk, but quickly realised I was not. I asked to confirm what company I was talking to, was it Cable? I was informed "they were working for Talk Talk". After providing my information, followed by a period of waiting, I was informed Talk Talk did not provide any broadband services for my area, nor did any other providers on their system. I again asked to verify who I was talking to and was told it was Carphone Warehouse(?!!).

Cable .co.uk is liar, do not trust this agent.

Spoke to Leanne regarding changing from Talktalk to Sky, l knew that l wanted to stick to Sky Essential & there was no pressure to go persuade to go for a higher priced plan.

The change process took less that 15 minutes, very happy to recommend Cable.

Followed the steps to get cash back on my broadband purchase but did not get the reward. Passed from pillar to post by their customer services who just fobbed me off every time.

Excellent! Actually saved me some money after I called their number by mistake instead of calling Sky directly, I then found Cable actually saved me more on discount than Sky could. Well impressed. I normal cba with reviews but they deserved it this time. (Y)

The person on the phone was very helpful and frank in her recommendations. The wifi service that Cable.co.uk helped me set up works as expected. Confident recommendations from me.

Great team, easy to get through to and talk to. Was on BT and moved house, decided that Sky was an option and went with it. I asked if the previous tenant could have used another provider and be connected back up more quickly. He had a BT line so assumed that this was the only option. Both Sky and BT have a long wait for their Openreach engineers (the line had a "fault") and have had to move the install date once, resulting in a now 1 month wait for connection (hopefully tomorrow). I managed to contact previous tenant and turns out he was with Virgin, the virgin box was hidden in a corner behind some furniture. Would have meant waiting 2 days instead of a month... Would have been nice to know that this was a possibility. Otherwise good service.

From the phone call to the engineer arriving to connect , was done quickly and was very professional. I liked the fact that we were called an to say what time he would arrive, and he contacted us an hr before he arrived .
