Zéro cabin for Canadians
I had tickets that didn't include carry-on luggage, so I started looking for the best bags in the world for traveling light—ones that would let me fit everything I have under the seat. I found Cabinzero. I tried to buy one on eBay just to see; I found some, but the customs and shipping fees were exorbitant. So I contacted the manufacturer directly to find out how much it would cost to import new ones to Canada. To my surprise, it was cheaper than what I’d found used on the market. And when it arrived, I was expecting customs fees of at least thirty dollars, but nope—zero customs fees for this wonderful product. Long live the United Kingdom. ;-) Vive le Québec libre! LOL

Great products at a great price
Great products at a great price. We’ve had the original cabin bags for 12 years and they are unblemished after 100s of trips. We’ve just bought the smaller under seat version, 28L. Same build quality. Expecting great things for many years ahead.

Great experience both purchases
This was my second purchase, everything has been excellent both times. I really like both my cabin bags, and my bumbag. They seem really well made, and the airline didn't raise an eyebrow at my carry-on in either journey.
When I had pre-sales questions, the automated service bot gave way to a real person when I asked, and they answered my question fairly helpfully and in a timely manner. On the whole, great experience and I would recommend to friends who need well-made, functional bags (in a range of fun colours) but without gaudy 'brand' logos.
