The bag is better than it seams online
The bag is better than it seams online. I like the whole concept, the material, zips, straps, the design, the color. You can buy something that looks similar from other vendors but putting them next to each other it is obvious. And yet it is still one of the cheaper bags of its kind.
The advertising is very persistent, but obviously well placed ;) I also had your team answering me on Facebook as I complained about classic tech not having a luggage strap - and now my classic tech has a strap :)
Delivery was a bit slower than I would like, but part of it was due to local post.

After solving an issue I had with an amazing after sales service and wonderful customer care I do recommend the products. I Prefer the classic tech backpack since I also have the military one, but both are well made bags did fit under the seat.
