I attended BOAS BG01 Managers course (4 day) at Byworth in August and found the course to be excellent. Challenging material was well trained and explained, backed up by practical demonstration. The opportunity to see boilers being manufactured at the site the course was held at was an added bonus, and quite unique in this country I imagine

Great company to go with, looked after everyone throughout the course, the information taught prior to test was all relevant and extremely useful.
Lunch and coffee supplied was also top class.

I attended Byworth to complete a 4 day BOAS course. The course was well delivered, with lots of useful information and booklets given to the participants...as well as a few goodies! The lecturer was very knowledgeable, which aided me a lot in passing the course. All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I was especially impressed with a tour of the factory and getting to see how the boilers are manufactured from scratch.
All in all, Byworth were a pleasure to deal with and I would definitely recommend to others

Very relaxed and easy going made by the course tutors and staff of Byworth. Course notes were handed out in advance and were in detail so no need to be trying to write and listen at the same time. A course run by people who are passionate about boilers and most importantly the safe of running boilers for everyone.

Absolutely great company and facilities, thoroughly enjoyed the BOAS refresher I recently did. I’ve used one of their main competitors considerably in the past for lots of training etc. but I must say I genuinely preferred using Byworth without the pomp, bells & whistles some other companies seem to focus on instead of honest down to earth real world steam knowledge & training. Will definitely use for all my needs in the future 👍

Attended BG04 Water Treatment Course which was run by an external water treatment company. The facilities were spot on, the course length 2 days was perfect for the content and the trainers were extremely knowledgeable. The course brought water chemistry into the real world, gave some really simple tests and tips applicable to understanding common boiler issues.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. All round good course, showing particular interest in real life incidents of boiler failure due to poor maintenance. Good instructors, facilities and documentation, and Dave Chapman manages the running of it exceptionally.

Professional and highly knowledgeable staff, great facilities and a real insight into the manufacture of steam boilers. A fascinating place to undertake boas with the factory tour endlessly helpful for understanding the process and operations of steam boilers. Welcoming staff and a highly informative but laid back training approach. Would recommend anyone considering boas to consider byworth as a training provider.
