I looked at my bet history and half of my sessions are missing. I can’t track my spending or review previous games. Support said it’s a known issue but there’s no timeline for a fix.

Since I signed up, I've gotten 3-4 promo emails every single day. I've tried to unsubscribe twice, and they've STILL come. It's pretty frustrating, and I don't want to use the website anymore.

Since the redesign a couple weeks ago, the site seems like it takes longer to load and is more difficult to use. The search function used to be at the top where it was easy to find, but now it's even more buried. I preferred the old version, even if it looked older.

I got a bonus and when I tried to use it it said it had already expired. I didn't know it only lasted 3 days and didn't see any emails saying it was expiring. Other casinos give you at least a week so I think I should have gotten more time to use the bonus. 3 days is way to short, especially when you can't play every single day.

They don't support the e-wallets I usually use. I had to set up a bank transfer, which took an extra three days to process. That's super inconvenient compared to other websites.

I looked at my transaction history and it is missing a bunch of deposits and withdrawals that I know happened. I asked support and they said some old transactions might not show up. So how am I supposed to keep track of my spending when my history is inaccurate and incomplete?

I verified my account when I signed up, but now they're asking me to submit all new documentation including bank statements even though it’s not stated in the terms. I’m also still waiting another 5 days for the withdrawal process.

I keep getting logged out, even while I'm playing. It's super annoying to have to continue entering my password, especially when I want to keep playing. I don't get why other online casinos stay logged in for hours, yet I have to keep logging back into this one every 10 minutes.
