Delivery time was 18 days from date of order, meanwhile I contacted customer service at Byron Becquer who answered politely within a few days. I must admit I thought I was scammed, but today I received the sweater I ordered, and it’s just lovely. Unfortunately it’s slightly too small, but that’s not Byron Becquers fault. The quality is very good and has a nice feel to it. I’m very pleased with the purchase. Let me also mention that Byron Becquer refunded the cost of shipping due to the delay and offered a 10% discount on future purchases.

I am still waiting for my order - it's been 3 months now. 😕 very bad experience don't buy there.

Nothing happened after more than a week!
On their website, they guarantee that items will be delivered within 3–5 days.
Absolutely not. They simply send an email with the order number, stating that they are preparing the goods for shipment...
When you email them to ask for information, they don't care at all. No reply, no apology from them.

Absolutely appalling.avoid this company at all costs..delivery never turned up & trying to get a refund is almost impossible. Not replying to emails sent.
Definitely not agreeing with these as called positive comments…

Pésima experiencia. Es una tienda nueva que han abierto en Burgos que se encuentra físicamente cerrada la mayor parte de la semana, con lo cual no te queda más remedio que comprar ropa online. Pides la ropa, la pagas....y no llega. Llamas y no te cogen, contactas y no hay respuesta, Se quedan con tu dinero y no puedes hacer nada. Muy mal servicio, nada recomendable.

Everything well with my order. The quality of the garments is undeniable. And the packaging and attention to detail are excellent. Its a interesting concept. If they release collections with more product types and publish content more frequently, they’ll surely become well known soon

My order vanished into thin air after a month.
Either you find it, or you send me another sweatshirt.

Update January 29: They wrote to me with great kindness and respect, and after a few days the sweatshirt arrived. During the Christmas period, they received many orders and the product I requested had to be restocked.

Después de mi primera experiencia con dudas sobre la empresa por la demora en el envío, he de decir que esta segunda vez ha ido todo rodado. No solo se disculparon por la primera incidencia, sino que ahora me ha llegado en apenas 3-4 días, y, como ya dije anteriormente, con una excelente calidad del producto. En concreto el jersey gris del club de los poetas muertos triunfa.

La peor experiencia de compra que puedas tener, pedido realizado el dia 1 de noviembre y estamos a dia 20 y aun no se nada de el, les escribes y tardan en contestar. Una autentica VERGÜENZA!!!

It took a few more days but I finally received my order. I think theyve only been in business for a short time so they might have stock issues. Like the brand concept, very original, and the cotton quality is really good. I could buy again.

Hola, a veces venden sin stock, por lo que puedes esperar semanas hasta recibir el artículo, pero lo recibes. Aunque el contacto con ellos es lento, responden y resuelven.

Llevo esperando un pedido más de tres semanas y ni llega, ni contestan.

Am 09.01. bestellt und bis heute 24.01. keine ware erhalten. Keine Antwort auf email!
Scheint schon so als sei mit diesem Versandhandel etwas nicht in Ordnung.
Finger weg wenn ihr euer Geld nicht verlieren wollt. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert. Und ich bin anscheinend nicht der einzige dem es so ergeht. Irgendwann… kam der Pulli dann doch noch an. Deshalb die geänderten Sterne. Produkt als solches in Ordnung.

Be careful when you order from this company and you live in the UK. I was stung with £16 import fees despite paying international shipping fee. !

Took a long time but my order did arrive eventually. Customer service is not easy to get in touch with. I don't mind waiting but i would have appreciated some updates on the delivery time. The products looks good.
