Buzz Supplies Ltd Anmeldelser

Very disappointing experience.

I ordered cleaning supplies which were advertised as **next-day delivery**. However, some of the items took a week to arrive, while another part of the order took around three weeks — and some items were never delivered at all.

I also ordered a work table, which arrived late and **damaged**. I have now been chasing this issue for over a month, but still have not received a refund or any reasonable compensation.

The delays, missing items, damaged goods and poor communication have caused a lot of unnecessary inconvenience. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

Would not use them as not very helpful with after care no body had any knowledge and didn’t wnat to help very poor

Superb quality cups that sit well in the hand and incredible value.
Prompt delivery as well.

I wanted 6oz paris goblets. Buzz had them a ailable at a reasonable price and delivered them when they said they would.
What more could i ask for?

great product and Great service. Nice to deal with a company that cares about Service and Quality. Bang on

The product was exactly as described and arrived in good time

I ordered a catering barbecue on next day delivery for an event later the same week.
After immediate order confirmation, I got a dispatch email the next day. 2 days later, having recieved nothing, I contacted the company asking where it was, to be told it wasn't in stock and had been placed on back order. Pretty rubbish service really...

Appalling service, 0% communication. Had to call 2 times for my delivery. Late delivery. I would think twice before placing an order next time.

Easy to navigate the website and find what you’re looking for. Quality products at good prices. Super quick delivery. Highly recommended

Amazing customer service
I needed my products for an opening day, was told only part order was available so they rushed through what they had so at least I had the majority to get me through
Thank you once again

Fast delivery and items were as pictured and very good quality, very happy to use this company again

Very poor customer service!
So disappointing that not able to resolve a return, not only you have to pay for it but get a 25% restocking charge! Will not be recommending or ordering from them again!

Rang late on a Friday for a Saturday delivery of some plastic glasses. Effortless ordering goods arrived 10am the next day.
cant fault them

Ordered a new tumbler dryer, this was delivered with a huge dent in the side of it. There was no damage to the packaging, but as it was outside of there 24 check period I was advised that they would not replace the dryer.
Then Electrolux said they would replace it as a sign of good will, great, but now I have already used it, so back to being stuck with and expensive dryer with huge dent and broken top.
So bad advice from them to start with and then poor service from Electrolux who had obviously packaged a very damaged machine.

A partial refund is a joke £50 on a machine over £1000.

Prompt delivery, well packaged. Good quality product too.

Prompt delivery and well packaged.

Great servicenfrom ordering to delivery, I ordered 2 pizza stones for my Oxpig smoker they arrived fast and in perfect condition. Highly recommended

I ordered the seasons porcelite plates to add to my collection. Ordered again with buzz as they were a competitive price, reasonably fast delivery and great customer service. Would recommend and use again without a doubt.

Perfect experience from ordering to delivery. 10/10.
