I had my new tumble dryer in just a couple of days. I ordered on Sunday and received it on Tuesday.
I called the company to check on a few things and spoke to a very helpful employee.
I was phoned by the delivery driver 15 minutes before they arrived within the 2 hour delivery slot I was given.
Very good service.

Excellent service

I purchased a oven from this retailer and I'm starting to think i might need to contact my bank to get my money back, as it has been around 2 weeks since I cancelled the order.

To explain I had purchased an oven after checking the website was not a scam. They also have a sister company (Corbetts) who sell identical products.

After placing my order and getting confirmation of the delivery, one man two man whatever it was, I get a call from this retailer stating it's the last product (ex display) and if I would be willing to accept a damaged product.

Not even a partial refund, not that I would have accepted it but, just a call stating the product is damaged and if I still wish to proceed with the order.

One of the most abnormal experiences I've had with a retailer. I stated I wanted the order cancelled and I still haven't received a refund. On two occasions I was told the owner would contact me.

There was no mention on their website that the product was damaged, and they only changed the description after I had placed the order.

What a waste of time...avoid!!

When our old dishwasher finally gave up, we ordered a replacement from Buywise and we're so glad we did. Their prices were very competitive, and the entire experience was smooth from start to finish. The new dishwasher was installed this morning, right at the beginning of the delivery window, which was a pleasant surprise.

The fitter was friendly, professional, and thorough.He made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Communication throughout was clear and timely, and the level of service exceeded our expectations.

We’re genuinely impressed and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Buywise to friends and family. A seamless experience all around!

Cheapest price and also I could choose a delivery date before paying for the appliance. Everything went smoothly.

Marginally more expensive for the appliance itself than the online big names but the pluses above far outweigh the small appliance price difference.

Great experience, especially as they were the only company willing to bring a fridge freezer up four floors, as we have no lift in the building. They answer the phone quickly, clear and concise communication, all schedules were kept. The two delivery drivers were on time, professional and friendly. Highly recommend.

Ordered my Bosch dishwasher from Corbetts (which is part of the Buywise group) in Chipping Norton.
They didn’t have the model that I wanted in the showroom but Owen brought it up on screen and went through the details.
So decided to buy the price was very competitive and the icing on the cake was no delivery charge for one man delivery,saving me at least £20 on other stores
I was given a date and time slot for delivery and it came on time, delivery man very helpful

Purchased Indesit condenser dryer.
Great price beat any of the usual online suppliers for price saved myself £60 and without the need for a added delivery charge as Buywise was free.
Delivery was slightly delayed but with great communication and delivery on day was with a smile

A great experience with Buywise. I needed to replace a Neff hob but I was given product numbers for products that were so new that weren't even available. I placed an order with Buywise but they called me to advise that they wouldn't be able to ship the product for at least four months so refunded me no problem at all. I then kept an eye out for the product and made contact with Buywise a number of times for an update. When the hob was available Buywise matched another supplier's price. I wanted to place my order with them as their customer service had been excellent. I'd definitely recommend them.

Great service. Delivery & installation we effortless & the delivery man was very courteous. He waited to make sure everything was working correctly before leaving.

Lovely and helpful on the phone. I would give a 5 for this aspect of customer service. However, I told them my old machine was hardwired and they altered booking date for installation so the technician could handle this. when he came, he said he couldn't install the new machine because it had a plug as no-one hardwires any more. If this is the case, surely operatives should be trained to uninstall from hardwired to installing plug in models! I am left with the new machine standing in the kitchen and the extra cost of getting an electrician to complete the job for me so only 1 star for 'installation and recycling'. A shame as otherwise I was pleased with service.
