I am always nervous about buying clothing or costumes online but I couldn’t find a cute Viking costume anywhere in stores, even at Spirit stores… But I took a chance and I was not disappointed. The costume came in a timely manner and all the added accessories I purchased were within the same delivery package. I am so excited to wear this costume and to be honest, the material feels just a tad thicker than the ones I find in the store. I am really happy with it.

We purchased an INFANT costume (the LION) but we received a toddler instead. My baby won't have a costume.

I've already emailed customer service on Wednesday, and have not heard back. My Grim Reaper costume was missing and the other costume was supposed to be XL, but it was more like a small. I want a refund.

Scam. The description of the product states that it comes with bodysuit and a cape and I only received the headpiece and gloves. Disappointed since Halloween is in 3 days.

Arrived before 2 weeks. Vampirina costume was high quality, lots of accessories. The ears are a little flappier than I might like, but my 5 year old doesn't seem to notice.

Found the costume I could not find elsewhere with prompt delivery.

I was extremely disappointed. The luxury Santa cap was anything but. The website showed the photo of a woman wearing a very nice hat, but when I received it, the packaging had that photo, but the hat was cheap. Not worth the postage sending back, however.

Costume had a lot of loose threads. White Eye mask had multiple dark stains that didn't wash off. Looked dirty. Would have returned except was in a time crunch. Arrived sooner than expected. Daughter still able to wear and was happy.

I won’t even give one star to this company! Awful! They sent me completely the wrong item days before Halloween and now I had to find another costume for my kid! So unreliable!

Order cancelled at last minute. Purchased a costume for my son, I talked to customer service yesterday twice and they confirmed they had notes on the order and an email from their Ops team it would fill and ship out. Got an email this morning saying it was cancelled and talked to their customer service again and they said it was out of stock. Unacceptable service and now we have a kid with no costume for Halloween. Never shopping here again!

I ordered my sons Venom costume 3 weeks before Halloween and I am so happy it arrived. The venom costume was sold out everywhere and I’m glad I got one . My son is happy. He is 70 pounds and 4’5 ft tall and size large fits him great. I gave it a 4 stars because 1 item said it will ship at a later date but now it is cancelled order. The other item I ordered was standard size but size XL was shipped to me.

I dont have my order yet! I even paid extra for shipping thinking it will get here after 2 or 3 days but its been over a week now and still dont have it and no tracking updates!

I received the costume a day early but it was the wrong costume. I ordered a women's southern belle costume and received a girl's size cowgirl costume instead. I needed it for a party the next day so they gave me a full refund and even had me keep the costume. Easy to work with, just got the wrong thing.

I am not thrilled with the return time frame. I also would not buy again as there is a 12% restocking fee even when you can return it. By the time you pay to ship it back and pay the restocking fee, I would have received maybe half my money back.
