still waiting for delivery after 3 weeks they did not supply tracking number and have stopped responding to my mails
good company if things go smoothly but complete lack of contact when things go wrong.

Update:
I have been emailing asking for a re-ship or refund and now the company has marked my emails as spam so I get an unable to deliver message.

I placed an order, waited 10 days and the order was not delivered, so I contacted the company and they said that I placed a standard order without tracking, that I am not entitled to reshipment or refund for my loss.
I contacted them again, informing them that if they did not send me the request again, I would have to file a complaint with the European Center for Consumer Protection, as it is a right that I have, so the company felt threatened and responded by saying rudely that it is regulated in the UK, that I am not entitled to anything and that the European Union has no authority over them because they are from the UK.
They sell in the EU and the bank account is in the EU and the website shows Netherlands.

I placed an order end of August, but has still not arrived, over 5 weeks later. I contact them for a tracking number & the first one they sent me was dated before I had even placed the order. They said they had made a mistake & sent me an alternative tracking number which said the order was lost somewhere in Germany. I live in Spain & orders usually are sent direct, so I don't understand the German de tour. I asked for a re ship last Monday, 20th September which they agreed to do. After hearing nothing about the reship being sent I got in touch with them again & was told they couldn't find my address. I supplied the details to them within twenty minutes of the email arriving & up to now, the next day have heard nothing, so I have asked them have they now sent the re ship, & for a tracking number. I won't hold my breath for a reply! I can't understand how they say they lost the shipping address as I sent them an email with it on, as well as the order form. Also earlier this year I pre paid for another order & heard nothing, so I got in touch & was told they had missed the payment arriving in their bank account. To be fair the order was sent as soon as I contacted them, & arrived with me 10 days later. I have had 16 orders with them over the last 2 years & spent well over 2500 euros in total. Up until the spring of this year the service was good, but since then the wheels seem to have come off. I would need to be persuaded to use them again unfortunately.

The reship that was promised finally arrived, so it was worthwhile taking out insurance as far as I m concerned. This whole latest order seemed to have a curse on it, as picking it up also had it's problems, but this had nothing to do with Charge Powder. They apologized for bad customer service to me. Can't really ask for anything more, so thanks to the team at Charge Powder

I made three purchases and 2 arrived, the other did not arrive. Although on the page they warn that in the not insured option they are not responsible if it does not arrive, I doubt that it is a legal clause. If you sell something online, you are responsible for its arrival. I just lost 80 euros.

Unfortunately on this occasion my purchase didn't arrive but I have to say I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys. In fact I was given the option to cancel before it was sent as the guy told me they have alot of recent issues in Ireland in terms of customs clearance. I risked it anyway, can't ask fairer than that though!! I received the previous one though and as always, it was different class.

I never received my product.No communication after payment was verified. Absolutely a scam.

It is the 7th of June and I haven't receive my order after two months. I contacted the company on numerous occasions and I have been told that although I paid for tracked delivery costing €18, I am not insured and so its my loss. I queried what was the use in paying for tracked delivery but didn't receive an answer. Obviously I won't be purchasing anything again from this company and would tell any other would be buyers not to expect anything if their order is lost or stolen in the post. There has been absolutely no good will shown by this company.

There was a misunderstanding in with the order, and i mailed the sales contact, within a day the persoon contacted me back that he would correct it asap. And indeed so he did. Usually answers within 24hrs.
Also the rest of my order was sent tracked (as I checked that option with my initial order) . And he mailed me the code.

This is a legitimate company. I can tell you that for sure. I have done many orders and everything came to my door as expected. Great quality and package. Quick shipping also. However, in the last few months I notice a poor communication from their side, when I asked for some help with my orders. Also, they wrote a wrong address to one of my orders that caused anxiety to me, trying to locate the parcel to my post office, with lots of calls and cost of time for me. Another issue is with another order that I chose by mistake for simple method of shipping (no tracked) and the parcel never came to my door. But that was also my mistake so I didn't bother to report. Overall, this is a good company, trying hard to handle a ton of orders -I suppose - but my tip is to be as accurate and carefull as possible with your orders. Always choose track & insured (courier service_30 days max) Try not to make any mistake with address and details of the order, also check with post office that they have given your correct address as appearing in your profile at the website, because the communication is not so efficient and flexible to deal with any inconvenience or extra requirements might come up during transactions. But they are NOT scams and they are polite and helpful when replying to messages. This I can tell for sure. Thank you
