Buyaparcel are a provider of top quality brands of hand and power tools, plumbing, bathroom and garden products. Formed as a separate entity in 2007, the company has routes in the town of Lowestoft going back to 1978. Godfreys IT Ltd trading as Buyaparcel has its eCommerce website, where customers can order and pay by credit and debit card, AmazonPay or PayPal. In addition we have a local trade counter in Lowestoft that is open to retail customers. Operating from Lowestoft with 40,000 square foot of stock space, Godfreys IT is a multimillion pound organisation that employs 37 people. Where possible Buyaparcel sources product direct from the manufacturer or an approved wholesaler. Most product is available for next day delivery to UK customers.

Customer Service on Holiday?

Ordered some Folding Trestles for urgent next day delivery. Items did not arrive (and still have not arrived). I have made numerous phone calls (20 at the last count where there were no agents available to take my call) and sending emails to which I did not receive a reply this has been to no avail. Eventually had no option but to claim a refund through my card supplier and purchase same brand from another supplier. More expensive than Buyaparcel but this time they may arrive. Have already received notification that items are with the courier for delivery next day.

The items I ordered were first class…

The items I ordered were first class genuine product. The price was very good compared to other suppliers of the same product. Delivery was quick and efficient, I would buy from them again and highly recommend them.

The item (an Einhell cordless saw) was…

The item (an Einhell cordless saw) was delivered quickly and was well packaged. When I can afford to make further purchases in the Einhell range to complete my toolkit I will certainly consider using this company again. Unfortunately I am only on state pension so I have to watch my budget.

If I could I would leave 0 stars like…

If I could I would leave 0 stars like many other reviews on here this company is ignorant when trying to solve issues but very keen to take payments I ordered drill bits and they sent a totally different item to what was advertised I too will be checking reviews before ordering from anywhere again its high time they stood up and took responsibility for their wrong doings and had the curtesy to reply to people when they report issues and concerns

We are sorry to hear that you have been sent the incorrect Bosch Drill Bit, this has been reported to the warehouse as our pickers and packers should be checking the stock code on the product to the paperwork when it is picked and again when they go to pack it for shipping. I have checked the stock in the warehouse but unfortunately been advised they have no stock of the Bosch 2608900650 Drill Bit Sets on the shelf, only the Bosch 2608902369 Drill Bit Sets that you received in error.
We will authorise eBay to issue you with a full refund against your order 23-14789-49570 without requiring the incorrect Drill Bit Set back due to the inconvenience this has caused you.
