A buyer contacted me within 24 hours of posting my business…
Within 24 hours of posting my sushi business for sale I had 2 contacts, and I ended up selling the business to the first one who contacted me. Evidently they had been looking for a business to buy in this area (Mexican Riviera) for a whole year, and this was the first good opportunity he saw. They really wanted to move out of Canada ASAP & were already familiar with this area. There is hardly anything like business brokers here, so I hadn't known how to property advertise it, but I finally figured that if someone is looking for a business in this area, they will find this website and find my business for sale that way, and it worked!

Functional support
They don't have a customer service phone number, which seems a little shady. However, my email request was resolved quickly and efficiently (Greg Thompson). This means there are people on the other end of the line, no worries. ))

Effective marketing tool
Businesses For Sale gave me access to qualified buyers immediately. I was surprised to get serious inquiries the moment my ad went live. I had several offers and accepted one within the month that I advertised. The best part is I got full asking price! Well worth the money spent for this service.
