I was looking into ways in which I could deal with my business BBL as I had been paying it for 3 yrs but was told there were ways in which I could strike off the debt. Martin was very knowledgeable, asked me lots of questions and gave me some confident process which I could action to resolve the issue. I was in a bit of a panic when my company was issued with a Stat Demand. The Citizen's Advice Bureau suggested I connect Business Debtline. I didn't know what we should do. Although I was waiting for a long time to speak to someone, when I tried web chat I got through quickly. The web chat lasted about 30 mins and I learned everything I needed.
