AMAZING!! CSR, Michelle Dunn, has amazing work ethics, understanding, wonderful and graceful lingo that can communicate really well. If something is not clear Michelle will not hesitate to request clarification. Clarifying is incredibly important to avoid any issues with an order and usually only noticed at the time of unpacking at a client's office site.
