Extremely professional and helpful through the whole process, from the initial quote dealing with Charles through to the final certificates being issued with Wahida providing the extra push that was needed to meet our time line. Will definitely use again in the future.

The entire process with London Belgravia has been faultless from start to finish. Daisy and Wahida have always been available to assist with any questions and have delivered the final Cover Notes at very short notice which has enabled us to complete on a number of units.

I purchased a Structural Warranty Policy with ICW for our current 4 house development through BuildSafe. My corporate insurance broker, Read Insurance, introduced me to London Belgravia nearly 4 years ago, and I have found them very professional and helpful. Both Antoni and Wahida have responded very promptly and are always there on the end of a phone.

Lucie at London Belgravia delivered the cover note very quickly after surveyors sign off which allowed the sales to complete on time. Exactly what we required, very pleased.

I am currently dealing with Wahida who has been excellent so far. We were appointed as LPA receivers over a site of part completed Houses following the Covid Lockdown and have been completing the development and selling the units individually and the professionalism and speed of Wahida and her colleagues has been excellent.

I bought a Build Zone policy in 2019, I wanted to increase the cover on my policy for the 2 houses as per the buyers lender requirement (apparently a normal thing as different lenders have a different criteria) I was told by Build Zone that this was not possible as their underwriters had stopped all amendments and new policies I spoke with Josh at Buid Zone who could'nt have been less helpful. This leaves me with a useless policy and no one to speak with, I have been offered a refund of 30% even charging me a cancellation fee! DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. I gave 1 star because it does'nt allow less. I bought the policy through Build Safe, who were great on the selling of the policy but not so on the after service.

We are only have way through the process at the moment but my experience thus far has been very positive. I have dealt with both Alex and Tomek and found them very responsive to questions and helpful along the route. I hoe the rest of the experience continues to reflect this as I believe it will.
