Hi Lionel,
Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback.
It's good to hear that you were pleased with the order.
It is though saddening to hear you didn't receive the call you requested before delivery. I did ask that our suppliers get their driver to call and acknowledged this is the email confirmation to you stating ''I've told our suppliers their driver must call before delivery for access.''
As we strive for 5-star feed back at all times, it is frustrating when people don't follow simple instructions. These details have been noted on your order and I hope we have the chance to put things right for you in the future.
Thanks again for your business.
Regards
Mark
I’ve dealt with Mark from the builders…
I’ve dealt with Mark from the builders shop UK. He is very efficient and knowledgeable. I will definitely be using their services again. I will say the search bar function on their website could do with upgrading as when you type in products you have to be very specific with your wording. This is a very minor criticism.

Hi Jack,
Thanks for taking the time to leave your review.
I do appreciate your feedback and it's good to know I could be of help.
I totally agree with your comments about the search function. At present, the website is on an old platform and the functionality isn't quite what we'd like it to be. We are in the process of putting together a new site so I will pass on your comments to our developers.
Hope to deal with you again soon!
Thanks again for your business.

Mark

Excellent communication!
From start to finish the communication was absolutely spot on. It made the transaction incredibly easy and stress free. The product itself (14 sheets of 11mm osb) was exactly what I ordered. And lastly, the price was very competitive. Thank you to everyone involved

Website a little dated and not all…
Website a little dated and not all relevant information displayed straight away so you always need check details, but yeh sales team contact you straight away with important information, and are keen to change the order if needed. Feels like more face-to-face sale rather than classic online shopping what is a good thing in that case. All on time, in good condition. Very good experience.

Hi Marek,
Thanks for taking the time to leave your review.
The in-depth feedback is good to hear. I agree the website is a little dated and we are in the process of having it rebuilt. It is though quite a slow process due to the complexities of the site owing to the vast range of products we have for sale.
As with any online sale, it is always important to check the details but especially when dealing with heavy/bulky materials that the majority of the time, are delivered on very large wagons.
It is great to hear you found the personal touch we offer to your satisfaction. Service is of paramount importance to us!
Thanks again for your business.
Regards
Mark
