MY SPANISH PASSPORT ARRIVED YESTERDAY!
I am so happy Lola, thank you so much for everything that you have done. You have always responded quickly to all my queries and quite literally set out and provided me with all the endless links, documents and forms that have been required for this process. This has also meant so much to my Father, which was a lovely unexpected surprise.
Here's to now getting there with our son.

Simran was our solicitor throughout the whole process, both my husband and I found her to be extremely informative, very professional she provided us with excellent service. We felt she took all the stress away from us with everything we needed. In addition we found her to be very friendly and warm which we have never had with any other solicitor firms that we have dealt with in the past. Thanks Simran your a star!

Very efficient response time from first contact by e mail and telephone. Quickly asses what is needed. Solicitor very well supported by knowledgeable Para legal team. Sound advice and great follow up support documents. Importantly more accurate than have experienced in the past with other legal firms.

We have a couple of things going through with Buckles although connected, with different people Amy dealing with an ongoing sale of a property and change to land registry on another, excellent, professional and very approachable making it as easy as possible to deal with. Dealing with Jenifer on another matter of Probate connected with the sale of property frustrated only by the time it takes for the civil service to do their bit!

We were given Lawful information on how to proceed selling our home and buying a new one with the help of our Son.

Chris Grimoldi has been unfailingly helpful in dealing with probate and related issues. He explains well and has kept me fully informed throughout the complicated processes relating to my late wife's estate ever since late March 2024 till our most recent meeting in February 2026.

Great communication at all stages of the process from Buckles. An understanding of the not so straight forward property transaction, which was eventually brought to a successful conclusion.

Initial contact with the CEO received a very prompt reply, thereafter it went downhill. All emails took days to elicit a response and could not be considered in any way to be pro-active.
Their invoice landed in my inbox on Tuesday 3rd March which I paid inside half an hour and, at the same time, I sent one final question for an essential piece of information needed to finalise the work undertaken - Today is Monday 9th and they haven't even acknowledged that email yet..
Really poor and not what I have experienced previously with them.

From the outset the meetings with the solicitor were focused ,well managed and helpful . There were opportunities to ask questions , to have legal matters explained in everyday language and I was treated with respect and kindness.

Excellent service, and very professional .Took all the stress away from me.

Responsiveness and Practical Legal Advice, at a fair cost.

Handled our Land Registry request very efficiently, explaing the steps required and when we might expect final response.

Paid all money that the wanted over £5000+ and they messed up and failed to provided ANY written advice. Rebecca Cockerham and Laurence Howland are useless!!! They are in a complete muddle and then claimed that somebody else worked on the account that was not charged for in their accounts. Taken them to the SRA for "Financial Irregularities". Do NOT USE! Perils ahead!
