Spent over 300 dollars at the easton location and had a shirt ordered to be there within 3-5 days. It was in my city then shipped away 70 miles for whatever reason. Call customer support only to have to wait another week for my shirt. Very upset

My go-to store for trendy clothes. A little pricey though.

This by far is the worst store ever to purchase from. Bought jeans had them altered by them, they screwed it up and expect me to keep jeans when they altered it wrongly. Never ever buy their products!

Cute clothes, reasonable price.

i was at the store in spencer iowa recently and was humiliated by a staff member. i was there for a new outfit to wear to my upcoming birthday dinner and sabrina made me feel like i was too fat to fit in any of the clothes there. i would take something to the fitting room and felt eyes on me the whole time i was in the store. when i was in the room, i heard laughing and whispering after i asked for a larger size from sabrina. on my way out, i heard her say to try the tractor supply store and called me a cow . it was the first and probably only time i will be at buckle . i couldnt believe i was treated that way for no reason . it ruined my birthday . i will post a review on yelp google and bbb and will gladly be a problem for this sad company until i know she is fired and wont treat another person so badly again .

someone named shannon reach out to me and seemed like she didn’t care at all . she was apathetic and was all about the money saying ‘you should come back and just don’t talk to sabrina, instead have someone else help you pick something out’ i was appalled that we are going to defend sabrina’s awful actions and invite me back for it to happen again ! i couldn’t believe it and have made multiple ignored attempts to reach out to upper management or the ceo to handle it and because i have been ignored and further humiliated by buckle, i know that sabrina’s terrible actions that day really do reflect the company . every single person i did manage to speak to was awful in customer experience and was almost just as bad as sabrina . if you want to give your money to and support the worse people in the world , keep shopping at buckle .

Buckle has so many different brands at great prices. They work with you if you order something from their site and want to change it, just bring it in the store. You get the amount you paid and help finding something in the same brand or something different. The staff are great and very sweet to my grandson. They always remember his name and can outfit me while helping me keep him happy.

Excellent customer service! Every time I have had a question or need, they have gone above and beyond to help me- not only online but in store. The associates online and in store know their stuff, are eager to help and come up with a solution to any issue. I will now only buy Buckle jeans for myself. The quality is well worth the cost, and the comfort and look of the jeans doesn't compare to elsewhere. 10/10 company with a staff that truly cares about their customer!
