I bought a gift which was supposed to…
I bought a gift which was supposed to be delivered on the person's birthday. It didn't arrive and Parcelforce said they had been - no one was home - and they left a card. None of that was true. I had to follow it up and eventually got it delivered 2 weeks later. I felt they could have followed it up more actively than they did.

Thankyou for your comments, we are very sorry to hear of your disappointment at the service you have received from Parcelforce.
We find these situations equally as frustrating as our customers as we have to put our trust in the couriers to complete the deliveries on our behalf. I understand that we did contact Parcelforce on a number of occasions with the aim of resolving the delivery issue but again we are in their hands with regards to the delivery itself.
I can see that the gift has now been delivered to your friend, I trust that he is happy with the engraved glass that he has received.

exceeded my expectations
Products exceeded my expectations and nice engraving of logo. Came well packed and protected. Good online experience My only criticism would be lack of communication after design had been approved about arrival date. Although it was still within the timescale I was expecting at the outset. Certainly would buy again and recommend to others.

Mmmmmm! Very good customer relations on the phone but I’m still awaiting the engraved tankard I ordered. Twice I have received an unengraved tankard! I await the correct one
