Everyone is always polite and helpful. Having a banksman who knows what he is doing makes an awkward reverse easy, thanks Shaggy!

Very polite staff. Things explained to me good where i needed to go aftwr weight bridge etc made the job easier good communication skills. Quite a quick load, the banksmen shaggy and jack were spot on no dramas blindsiding onto the bay. Spot on, cant fault any of the staff.

Very happy with the service from Browns. We have been a customer for some time and they have always been great to work with. Special thanks to Regina for her excellent customer service too. We would highly recommend Browns Recycling ltd.

We asked Browns Recycling to cancel our service and remove our waste bins back on 13th June. We spoke to Ryan Flanagan, who said he would get this organised. Fast forward to today (06/10/2025) and we are still receiving invoices, and the bins still haven’t been collected, even though we were asked to leave them empty for collection.

Every time we speak to someone at Browns or to Ryan Flanagan, we’re told we’ll get a call back — but that call never happens.

I would strongly recommend using another company for your waste management. Browns regularly cancel collections at the last minute, often citing “vehicle breakdowns.” I’ve never known a company to have so many “breakdowns.”

Have been working alongside Stephanie Little for quite a while now as a supplier of theirs dealing with their Hazardous Waste at customer sites. Stephanie and her team have been a pleasure to work with, and would highly recommend business dealings with them on any level!! Very professional team :)

We've worked with Browns for a few years now and I have always felt the services we receive are efficient and suit us perfectly. Our Account Manager Georgina Murfin always picks up the phone and no request is too much trouble, it's always dealt with efficiently and with a smile.
I intend to continue using Browns as our waste service provider and would recommend any other business do the same if they want a service that is fully tailored to them and their business to satisfy specific needs.
