Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Ordered an item well in time for Christmas but still hasn't arrived. They don't respond to emails except to say they are taking a break for Christmas and will get back to me on the 4th January. Doesn't matter how good products are if they don't arrive. Won't be using them again as lots of other similar companies out there.

We appreciate you haven’t had a great experience with us and are sorry for that. We’re also appreciative that you ordered well ahead of time which makes it even more frustrating that you didn’t receive the item in time for Christmas.
We do have systems in place to sync stock levels with the designers who sell on our platform and flag if there is any issue with fulfilment but it is still possible for things to be missed. We’ve detailed the reasons for this incidence on a human level in our email correspondence.
In your case we were able to issue you a refund before Christmas and have taken time to explain what happened and provide you with a gift voucher by way of an apology. We really do care that Brothers We Stand customers have a good experience and are sorry when this isn’t the case.

Brilliant communication from Jessica…
Brilliant communication from Jessica and the team. Had an item that they thought might be delayed and wanted to give me a heads up, actually ended up arriving very quickly. Unfortunately was not the right size but the return and refund were processed very quickly and smoothly. Would definitely recommend brothers we stand and I will be purchasing more form them soon.

Great clothes: such high quality and all ethically sourced. The customer service is also excellent: I had some difficulties with delivery (not BWS's fault) and they very quickly sorted things out for me, with minimal stress for me. Felt like a really personal service. Will definitely be buying from Brothers We Stand again.

Delay and no communication
I ordered from here over a week ago and still not received my items. Little to no communication from them regarding the order. I understand the current Coronavirus crisis is probably delaying things. However, they shouldn't say 2-5 day delivery if they clearly can't ensure this. I'll probably order directly from the brands they advertise for next time.
