A little apprehensive going through a broker for the first time and dealing with an on-line purchase for a high value purchase. Dan was very helpful and supportive from enquiry to delivery of the new car answering any queries and leading me through the process smoothly.
I had a small issue post delivery which Dan was able to resolve with the supplier.
Overall a great result, i have the car I wanted at a great saving, will certainly recommend and use Broker4cars again.

We purchased a car through Broker4Cars and the process was very smooth and transparent. We are glad to have found these guys, as before finding them we had an awful time with one of their competitors which was enough to put us off. Broker4cars however was great. Our main contact was Dan and was always available and up-front with all information. There was no hard-sell, and no hidden fees. The price we were quoted was the price we paid, and timelines were always as transparent as they could be up until the car was in stock and they could lock down a delivery date. When we sent funds for the car, confirmations were sent very quickly.

The car we went for was at a pretty hefty discount of somewhere around 10k off list price. We did our due diligence and checked what deals we could get at our local dealers and they could not come close, even on not brand new ones.

So the upshot was we were able to get hold of a new car at a significant and genuine discount off of list price. The process from beginning to end was straight forward and Dan and the team were great to deal with. I would recommend them and will certainly come back as a first stop when we need to.

2nd time using Broker 4 cars first time 6 years ago, so I had no hesitation in ordering a new car from them, Dan and Andrew are extremely helpful and keep you updated all the way through the process, I even got my new car 4 weeks earlier than the estimated date now 7 days in I am very happy with my purchase of a ford kuga ST line x black package

It was a pleasure doing business with Andrew & Dan - efficient, professional and responded quickly to my queries. Buying a new car is a big (for me!) financial commitment, but doing so over the internet not via a dealer was also challenging (especially for my wife!) - however, initial due-diligence checks and the interactions with Dan and Andrew resolved any concerns......my new Kia Sportage GT-Line HEV was delivered a few days ago, no delivery issues and it looks and drives great! Most important result - a very happy partner!!

I was initially a bit aprehensive about buying a car without first seeing it.
However, everything worked out very well.
The car arrived on my doorstep via truck - the driver sent me a text earlier to say what time he would arrive - and he was most helpful.
The car is exactly as ordered.
I was informed that the V5 form might take a few weeks but it arrived in less than one week.
All worked out perfectly - an easy and hassle-free way to buy.

twice i tried to get a supply lead in time for a new car purchase... they couldnt be bothered to get back to me.

When I buy my next car, I will AVOID GA Finance and Leasing/Broker4cars even if someone paid me to use them.

We took delivery of our car in January 2023. Unfortunately the first log book/V5C document that came to us had a company in its name instead of just being in my wife's name.

GA/Broker4cars acknowledged it should just have been in her name and no company name, so they tried to fix this but ran into issues, and after 1.5 years of me chasing them to resolve it, and countless assurances from them that this will be resolved, I have now given up due to sheer exhaustion. I must have chased them 100+ times via email and call. Every time they said they're working on it, but any competent person would have fixed this by now if they were actually working on it.

DVLA made us the 2nd registered owner and GA/Broker4cars have now said there is nothing more they can do to fix this. GA/Broker4cars say that an error was made during the registration but accept no responsibility for this error. They have admit via email that they have breached the contract of us receiving a brand new vehicle registered first in our name, and this isn't what we have received. Yet there is nothing they have done to rectify this or make it right via a goodwill gesture.

At one point DVLA even cancelled our road tax and we received a letter saying we were driving around in an untaxed vehicle, so had to retax it. Luckily we caught it in time and didn't receive £1,000 fine.

Because you don't buy direct through a dealer, the dealer won't take your calls, and DVLA won't speak to you either. 

GA/Broker4cars isn't the only company involved in the process so they are also unable to further certain items themselves and have to wait for replies from the other intermediary. Their internal process to get these deals are clearly either too convoluted to fix things like this when they go wrong. And clearly they can go wrong like they have for us.

I have used Carwow in the past, and with them you interact directly with the dealer, so there are no issues at all.

So speaking from my personal experience, unless I am willing to take the risk of accepting a car as a second registered keeper and having my road tax cancelled and risking a £1,000 fine, I would never use this company again just to save a few pounds.

Excellent price and service with very honest communication throughout the buying process. registration document received within 10 days of receipt of car, could not be happier with my purchase.

I would not buy from this company as they ask you to pay money to then not the dealer supplying the car. My problem was that they stated they might not be able to let me have the car Keepers V5C document for several months after I had the car thus making it virtually impossible to insure the car so I cancelled the car order. They said I would get my deposit back but they would not pay it back to me.
I finally got my money back via my credit card using a section 75 Disputed Credit Card Transaction but it took about 6 months.

Ordered my vehicle in May 2022. Shortly after ordering I was informed the price had arbitrarily increased; I reluctantly accepted the price increase and was told delivery was estimated for October/November 2022.

No further contact from the company until I chased in October, excuse after excuse about "delivery delays" but absolutely no concrete information or reassurance in the form of a tracking link, confirmation from a dealer etc. You rely solely on their word of mouth and they offer nothing to actually track your order or vehicle. November came and went and I was told the vehicle was "in shipment" and that "if they were a betting man" then delivery would be in 2-3 weeks' time.

Heard nothing after 2-3 weeks, so I chased yet again - excuse after excuse after excuse. Needless to say, no vehicle for me in 2022; and the running theme is that they NEVER contact you, YOU always have to chase THEM.

2023 arrived and I chased again; I was told the car was still "in shipment" and given excuses about blockages at the port (meanwhile I know of someone who ordered same car from our local dealer in August and already received their car! Funny how the port blockages are so selective...).

Eventually in February I was informed the vehicle had arrived & could be delivered in March; but I was told the price had increased and I had to pay an additional sum. EVEN THOUGH I ORDERED THE CAR IN MAY 2022 AND WE HAD A BINDING CONTRACT WITH AN AGREED PRICE THAT THEY HAD ALREADY HIKED UP ONCE! Clearly the contract isn't worth the paper it is written on. TAKE SPECIAL NOTE that your agreed price is NOT guaranteed and they can (and from my experience will) INCREASE it at any time! APPALLING AND DIABOLICAL - what a way to do business!

Given I had waited nearly a year, I begrudgingly paid the extra sum & remitted the final balance and the delivery date was all confirmed for 6 March. At this point, the price of the car had increased so much that it was barely any saving off the main dealer price so it made no logical sense for me to have dealt with this appalling company. I made special arrangements to take time off work to accept the delivery, and sold my existing car and I was fully prepared for the delivery on 6 March.

Lunchtime on 6 March came and I'd heard nothing - I chased them and they told me all was OK and they were 99.9% sure the car would be with me as the delivery driver wouldn't ring until he was an hour away.

Early afternoon I was then told the delivery driver "called in sick" and therefore the delivery was cancelled. THEY NEVER BOTHERED TO TELL ME! I HAD TO CHASE YET AGAIN! The delivery was then rebooked for FOUR DAYS LATER. No apology given, I was only told "we have no control over deliveries". I asked why it couldn't be delivered the next day but was just told they "are at the mercy of the supplier"; they clearly have no leverage and/or desire or care to push for a resolution that would provide customer satisfaction.

The day before the REBOOKED delivery I then get an email saying the delivery is now delayed AGAIN by another 5 days. YOU LITERALLY COULD NOT MAKE THIS UP! So I had to take yet another day off work and in total I had no car for 8 days and wasted 8 days' worth of insurance coverage.

ABSOLUTELY APPALLING AND DIABOLICAL SERVICE. Avoid this company at costs; do not put yourself through the stress and anxiety for a small saving.

t's been a long wait for my new Toyota Rav4 but Broker4cars have been really helpful and kept me informed all the way through the unpredictable difficulties of the 2021/22 new car supply market.
Many Thanks to Dan and Andrew who made the whole process as simple as possible and enabled me to get a really good deal on the car. I would recommend them 100% to anyone looking to buy a new car at a great price....Richard

Ordered a RAV4 from Broker4Cars (B4C) in June 2021 with a 14 week delivery. Starting October 2021 I called in a few days before the delivery date just to be knocked back a fortnight each time. To be honest I suspected it all sounded a bit repetitive as by December I was onto 6th delivery date and by then was starting to feel I would be pleasantly surprised if the car arrived. Also though, began suspecting it may never arrive as I began to loose confidence in B4C. I understand they are middle man but they seemed too comfortable just repeating the fictitious dates given by suppliers. Told it would arrive mid January 2022 and around then was told it was now back to end of March. At that point I started to research the situation with Toyota. I was told by two franchise dealers that a car ordered in June 21 would have been delivered October 21, likewise they told me cars currently being delivered March 22 were all ordered September, October and even November 21. I emailed a complaint to B4C last week in March and the next day they called to tell me they would return my deposit and fee. So, 9 months after ordering and dumped off the customer list and now facing a 9 to 12 month lead in time with any new supplier. Not just time wasted though, car has gone up at least 10% in purchase and also crossed the £40k threshold for road tax. The not being able to supply I can accept but the constant leading on with false information is unforgivable. Although in fairness, the business seems to exist so some customers must be getting cars supplied. What concerns me is they cannot supply my order but they are still advertising the same on their website knowing they cannot fulfil. I gave one star as they did repay my deposit without any problem so credit there, just a shame they couldn’t provide the service they advertise and charge for. I have used other brokers previously with great success, I have tried them in the last few days and all consistently say they cannot guarantee cars like Toyota will be delivered due to demand in retail sales. Brokers rely on retail surplus and right now with makes like Toyota there is no surplus. The business would greatly improve if they carried out due diligence on their supplier information and take ownership of their customers rather than kissing the suppliers butts.

Just received my Audi sourced through Broker4cars which arrived on the day promised. The deal they secured for me was excellent and the service I received was superb. As with all Manufacturers there was a delay from the original delivery date due to semi conductor shortages but Dan kept me fully informed during the process. I would definitely use this Company for future purchases and have no hesitation in recommending them.

I placed an order for a new electric car in August 2021 and was given a December delivery. I was even told what ship my car was on and when it would be docking in the UK. I allowed for the Christmas break and so started chasing delivery in the new year. I was then told that the car was in production and delivery would be mid March. As the manufacturer had reduced the specification of the car because of the worldwide semi conductor shortage, I asked which specification I would be getting, not an unreasonable request. A few days later I recieved an email telling me they could not supply the car as it is too risky for their business. Despite me saying I would take any car that comes, as waiting times were several months and I didn't want to have to start at the bottom of the queue again. Every bit of information on the spec changes and what the forums, for my car, on FB were saying asked for by this company was issued to them, then they cancel my order.The way I have been treated by this company is disgusting, all to protect the discounts they get from their supplier. Social media is a useful and powerful tool and I relayed any information to broker 4 cars to assist them, but they got scared and cancelled my order. If I wanted to cancel they said I couldn't do it until after 15 weeks delay from the original delivery date, yet they can cancel immediately.
Be wary of this companies T&C's and the dates promised for delivery. I am not new to buying a vehicle through a broker, having done it before with another company without any issues. I would never recommend this company to anyone, even though I had recommended to other people on forums for the car I was purchasing. Update March 2022. The threat of solicitor action never materialised, enough said. I got a car, exactly the same spec as my original order from a Hyundai dealership and at a better price than my original order, all delivered for the new 22 plate at the beginnig of March.
