After querying where my product is I was given excuse after excuse.
They’ve blocked me on their Facebook page after being unbelievably rude, calling me paranoid and stupid.
They refused to give me a full refund, but have been reported to trading standards and disputed a scam.

I ordered the gold and black pram with all the accessories back in April. I am over the moon with the purchase. I noticed that I didn’t receive the rain covers 4 months later when I finally got to use the pram. I contacted Brivelle and spoke to a really helpful and pleasant customer service rep called Jessica, I couldn’t be more pleased with the way she handled my query. Jessica was very professional and helpful. After advising I hadn’t received the rain covers with my purchase she quickly went away to investigate within the hour she came back to me to make me aware that she was very sorry and that she was sending out the rain covers and to expect them to be delivered within a week. I would definitely recommend this company and also their products. I will certainly be using again. Thank you Jessica for your great service. Thank you Brivelle.

Sobie this company. They do not send items on time. I ordered hydrofacial machine 2 days ago and it said delivery by 15th… today is 15th and I got email it is processing (2days) then transit (6 days) then delivery (3 days) 🤯 I’ve decided to buy from them because fast delivery and I am fully booked for this treatment next week. Good I reported this scam to bank and got money back straight. Avoid

For anyone looking into hobby detecting, the Brivelle metal detector is a solid start. Found some vintage coins in my backyard! The battery life is decent but always bring extras just in case.

I use the Brivelle powerstation for my outdoor work assignments. It’s been a lifesaver. Only critique is that the LED indicators are a bit too bright at night.

On arrival all seemed fine although the radiofrequency head was damaged but was still able to use. Upon the third use the spray lead kept popping out and has never been secure since day 1. The spray head only worked 3 times and after that not working. Followed the instruction manuals they sent with the machine and nothing has resolved the problem. Messaged them for help on messenger and was advised to email support team. Im having to chase them up as they are not replying. I have sent them supporting evidence in the form of pictures and video. Each day I am losing clients because I cannot use the machine. Overall not satisfied with the experience nor service.

Been using Brivelle's CPAP for a couple months now, and my sleep has improved so much! The device is user-friendly, although the manual could be a bit clearer. Best investment for a god night's rest.

I was skeptic about buying a CPAP from Brivelle since I hadn't heard of them before. However, it's been great so far. It's quiet and the app integration is a nice touch. Occasionally the app sync does lag, but overall a great buy.

Took the Brivelle metal detector to the beach and it's amazing how many coins we found! It's user-friendly, though the handle feels a bit flimsy. All in all, a fun product.

Absolutely in love with Brivelle's pram! It’s so easy to fold and has plenty of storage space. Only issue I faced was the brake was a bit sticky initially, but after a few uses, it's fine now.

I ordered a sleep apnea machine from this company costing close to £560. It is now over three weeks later and nothing has arrived. Their tracking is completely fraudulant and is not connected to any delivery process at all. Their advertised address is a mail forwarding post box in Covent Garden, Their phone is a Skype number withvthe main purpose bring to hide the originating country. Companies House show all directors and secretary having one name and that being a Moroccan National domiciled in Turkey. Needless to say the company is refusing to engage with me and I have had to stop payment on my credit card to gain a partial refund (I am still £180 out of pocket).
In short everything about this company is not as they present themselves (even their name is calculated to ape Breville). Be very cautious about dealing with them, particularly if your order is for a large sum.
I can say that at worst these people are scammers, and at best the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I purchased a portable 3 ltre oxygen concentrator and Audrey E guided me through the purchase with great patience. The purchase price was very competitive, especially as I was given a further £20 discount. My bank has created some new security protocols so a first -time purchase was very complicated. Audrey E provided me with Brivelle Ltd's bank details so that I could make a bank transfer. It was a much easier transaction, thanks to her excellent and patient assistance. I shall definitely be making more purchases from Brivelle. additional info: The order was made on 5/7/23 and was delivered on 6/7/23, excellently packaged and in top condition, well ahead of schedule.
