They are by far the worst marketing company we have experienced, Once they have taken your money, they don't ever contact you, unless you contact them. They not monitoring performance of the ads at all. When we took them on, they were very quick to criticise other companies and say how fantastic they are. They were by far the poorest performing ads of anything we used. They make a lot of promises but delivered zero. But were very happy to take our money though!
What can I say!!! We’ve just used this company for promoting our business & hits & sales have soared! The lovely ladies there put me at ease as soon as I met them, ran through everything with me and made sure I was 100% happy with the service I was receiving. The help and advice I have received from the British Media Company has given my business a new lease of life, unlocking enquiries in places I didn't even know existed. On top of that, they have spent a lot of time explaining the process to me and helping to understand how I can be more proactive with my own personal social media to compliment the business. They have paid for themselves ten-fold and I cannot recommend BMC highly enough.
If like me, you would not know where to start with digital marketing then call them, they'll explain everything in language you can understand but still deliver the magic you need.

We stopped an ad for 2 weeks to see if they would even notice, they did not. They not monitoring performance of the ads at all. When we took them on, they were very quick to criticise other companies and say how fantastic they are. Clearly once with them, we could see they did no marketing research. We warned them that our market was difficult with low margins, they continued convinced they were going to be successful. They were by far the poorest performing ads of anything we used. They make a lot of promises but delivered zero. But were very happy to take our money though!
