the team at Britannia could not have been more helpful to me helping to source and deliver my first business lease car. In particular Charlie Chapman, Heather and Sarah delivered really first class service. I'm very happy to recommend Britannia.

Charlie was very helpful and did his upmost to keep me upto date at every step of the process. I would highly recomend them to anyone.

a good process other than when we tried to get a nissan and their finance process was hopeless so we changed to hyundai!

Further to my previous 1 star review regarding Britannia Car Leasing promoting a vehicle with a bmw supplied EV charger installation, I`m still waiting on the installation some six weeks into the contract. Britannia CL have disappeared from the situation with no customer support believing the matter now lies with bmw and the vehicle provider. No prospect of receiving the charger at this point.

Great comms from the team at Britannia, very happy with car and the service provided will use them again and recommend to a friend.

Charlie was extremely focussed on getting me the exact car and deal to meet my budget. He achieved that and delivered the vehicle as well as providing great aftercare to address a couple of issues with the car post delivery.

Jack was fantastic. I wasn't really looking at the car I have but he told me about it and what a fantastic price he could lease it for and I was sold .All happened and delivered within a week.what a car .

I previously leased my car through Britannia, my 3 year lease was coming to an end but Matt & Sarah seamlessly sorted me out with a shiny Kia EV6 with no hiccups... great service. Will use them again when my 2 year lease comes to an end.

Purchasing process stress free. Supportive and understanding staff.Car delivered as promised and shown the basic operational features. Now getting to understand the many new aids. The car practically drives itself!

Overall they did a good job but we had to cancel an order because the car never came so we had to opt for a different car. I would have expected them to chase more and not have me do the chasing.

I recently leased a car through Britannia, and the experience was really smooth and stress free. I had the pleasure of working with Harry who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He was responsive, knowledgeable and made sure I felt confident and informed every step of the way.

Harry was awesome - responsive, easy to deal with and helped me find a fantastic deal. He also helped with chasing up and clarifying where needed and always seemed more than happy to help.
