He is the best ORDIT instructor in South West London. He know everything that you need to learn. I will highly recommend.

Brittania driving school wimbledon.
I booked an intensive course back In October of 2023, was promised 4 hours a day for 7 days via vouchers that were valid for 6 months, the first day the instructor only give me 2 hours which was cut short by 20 mins. The second day the same and told at the end of it, that I know how to drive I'd be wasting my time doing the rest of the week that I actually paid for! They went on to say book my theory and call back to finish said booking. So passed my theory and booked an available test, got in touch with the company to then be told they're fully booked and couldn't provide me the rest of the lessons, this forced me to go elsewhere and pay out once again for the further lessons to get me test ready. I've since passed the test so the booking is Invalid regardless but now the vouchers have expired, Now the difficult part, I had asked for a refund over 3 weeks ago and was told to send a letter via royal mail with a cover letter explaining that the vouchers are of no use and I want my money back due to them not fulfilling the contract I'd brought into. I was told this would be finalised within 14 working days.
21 working days later I turn up to their office, only for the apparent office manager, didn't get her name but she made this clear as a way to prove dominance, to try over talk me every time I spoke, getting up in my face pointing and shouting threatening to call the police because I refused to leave until it got dealt with. Now a moment later a man walks in and tries to usher me out, yeah good luck with that, turns out it's her son! So I've recorded all of this for my own evidence. 5 mins pass and I'm dealing with the second receptionist who in fairness was alot more helpful, during this conversation the manager once again stood up and started to shout and argue albeit I wasn't even talking with her. I said to the second receptionist that I've since checked trust pilot reviews and realised how bad the company are, which led to the manager shouting across the office " then why did you bother using us!" Unbelievable !
I've now been promised a refund of £1032 back to my account within 7 to 10 working days!
If it doesn't come through, a fraud claim will happen.
So brittania driving school. Shocking proffesionalism and scare tactics, how the office manager still has a job is beyond me, then again I couldn't get a word in edgeways, I'm reporting this to trading standards also, i wish i checked these reviews before booking as have had nothing but grief ever since I did.
So if I could give it a 0 star rating I would, do not allow these scammers to not refund you, if they try do the same to you, my bank have started a fraud claim incase they decide to once again ignore my request of a full refund! Which has been confirmed will be successful due to them not fulfilling the contract that I brought into.

Had an amazing experience with RAHAN great guy. Very good instructor and I would highly recommend anyone who’s looking to learn how to drive. First time pass and picked up the driving very easily thank you RAHAN again.

Britannia driving school helped me pass my test first time!!! I had Jane she is so lovely and taught me how to drive well and safely and I feel so confident driving alone and cannot recommend enough!

I have had Rahan as my driving instructor for the last few months. Over this time he has worked with me to improve my driving skill and build my confidence on the road, ultimately enabling me to pass my driving test. Rahan has been an instrumental part of my driving journey, helping me to identify and address poor driving habits I had unknowingly picked up from a previous instructor. His instructions are calm, patient and coherent, and I always thoroughly enjoy our drives together! Could not have asked for a better instructor to get me over the finish line. Many thanks once again!

Where do I start with Jon, he’s honestly lovely, calm and a great driving instructor. Did an intensive course and just over a month with him I managed to pass first time with 5 minors. His car was always clean which was amazing and his humour did keep me going through the more challenging times. Honestly not a bad word to say and he was always punctual. (I also loved our coffee breaks!)

Couldn’t do it without Jon my instructor, lovely gentleman calm, collected, prepared me very well that I passed with 3 minors, thanks Britannia, thanks Jon

Rahan was the best driving instructor I have ever been taught by! His experience and knowledge taught me loads to get me where I needed to be on test day! Reason I passed! Couldn’t give him enough credit! Very much recommend!

Learnt to drive using Brittania Driving School, my instructor was Jon, great driving instructor, clean car, always looking out for the students. Cannot compliment Jon enough, I passed first time with 2 minors thanks to Jon's instruction.

Jon is one of the best driving instructors after previously having a different instructor from another company who wasn’t very good. He is fantastic at assessing students abilities, strengths and weaknesses. Very straight forward guy. He helped improve my driving ability drastically after only a few lessons. Even my parents noticed the difference in my driving. Jon tries to get to know the students in order to be able to help them to the best of his ability. Very friendly person, and always a clean car! With the help of Jon, I passed the first time with 3 minor faults. I’m going to miss Jon.

Passed today with only 3 minors thanks to Jon! Jon was a great driving instructor, he's extremely detailed and taught me loads of really good driving habits. He was always on time and the car was super clean. He also went out his way to give me extra lessons during and around my test.

He's a good laugh too and sets a good environment to learn.

Having to deal with Britannia Driving School on behalf of my son with regards to a no-show from the instructor on a pre-booked lesson, the service is shockingly poor!!! The instructor failed to show up at the pre-booked time, no phone call, nor text, nor email to say cancelled etc. When we contacted the office, so called Head Office, they didn’t have a clue! They palmed it off to the instructor. It would appear that the instructor manages their Head Office rather than the so called Director managing the instructor! Still waiting for a refund for the no-show lesson! Apparently, according to the telephonist, the so called Management never attend their Head Office so you can’t get hold of them! Avoid…. go elsewhere where you get good service, instructors whom attend when booked and a office team whom want to help when things go wrong and whom have a degree of customer service skills amongst them!!!!

Terrible instructor called, Kirith. Avoid him at all cost. He will be on his phone most of the time, and wouldn’t care if you pass or not. Once you fail, he will avoid your calls.

6 bad reviews, and 1/3 of them mention Jon... I'm surprised that number isn't higher!

Jon is, without a doubt, the worst driving instructor I have ever experienced (I wish I was exaggerating here...), he is incredibly rude and made me feel belittled for the simplest of mistakes, causing me to feel stressed out which made it harder for me to focus during the lesson. He was also incredibly nitpicky, getting angry at me for "closing the car door too hard", and he made some incredibly racist comments about other road users on multiple occasions.

For context, I am a well-built male, if Jon has made me feel this way then I would hate to know how he has made others feel... He almost destroyed my motivation to carry on driving, it was only a couple of months ago that I decided to try again with a different instructor, and I can safely say that the difference is like night and day! The new instructor is much friendlier, patient, and calm, and doesn't throw a fit when I accidentally make a mistake or hit the wrong button.

I have reported Jon to the DVSA, and I strongly encourage anyone who has had the displeasure of having him as an instructor to do the same.

I booked through Britannia Driving School earlier this year., shocked that they had availability when everyone else was booked up. Jon was my driving instructor. All I can say is that he was extremely (and unnecessarily) verbally abusive throughout our lesson. He was accusing me of ruining things for other students with my bad driving on the first lesson, tutting and shouting at me, and insulting everything about me outside of my driving abilities. Things got very nasty and personal for no reason, especially considering we had only just met. There was also a lot of unnecessary physical contact and frequent xenophobic tangents (this was quite distracting when I was trying to drive). I found it wholly unpleasant, not an experience that I would ever like to repeat.

After I have paid £449 for an intensive course and arranged for time off work to have the lessons
No one showed up on the day,and when I called they told me the lessons were accidentally cancelled and booked for other students
They failed to book new lessons for me before my driving test so I had to book with another school
They’ve advised me to contact them by post for a refund, it’s been 2years,I have contacted them by phone,email and post but never got a reply
Whenever I call they tell me that they can’t discuss the matter as the person who picks up the phone is only a booking receptionist and I need to speak to someone from management,however they refuse to put me through to management

Britannia Driving School take your money and run. Avoid.

I purchased six prepaid vouchers for driving lessons. They were not able to provide any instructors for months - convenient when the vouchers expire after six months.

They finally had an instructor available but he cancelled 9pm the night before the first lesson, has not been in contact since, and does not answer or reply to any contact methods. Britannia confirm there are no other instructors in my area.

I asked for a refund since they were unable to provide lessons. They refused, saying refund requests must be on paper in a letter through Royal Mail to head office.

I sent them a refund request including the paper vouchers five weeks ago. They have the vouchers, they have the paper refund request, and they have done nothing.

Avoid these scammers and thieves.

A total scam, first they asked from me my 16 digit card number, then they emailed from an unexisting email. Dont waste your time on it.

Don't know where to begin - first driving instructor with Britannia, his car packed up, then moved on to instructor number 2 who basically wanted me to have more than the 2 hours lesson I had each week at a cost of £240 per week in advance!!! got me to cancel a test i Jan as said I was not ready then messed me about as to whether he could actually do the new test I had tried with much difficulty to rebook, so then moved on to instructor 3 who was able to do the new test and told me that I would have passed previous test I'd booked that instructor 2 told me Iwouldn't. He had an issue knocking on my door to say he'd arrived for lesson, consequently my lessons were shorter than the hour booked to cover the time he was outside waiting un be known to me.
Today - 3 weeks before my test he has now told me that he can no longer take me for the test as he has a family emergency!! called the driving school for help only to be told there are no other instructors available to do the test with me and no instructors free till end of march to give me any lessons. I have 4 hours of pre paid vouchers which I asked for refund for only to be told that would be something I'd have to take up with directors in writing. Asked to speak to someone senior to be told office manager who I was speaking to was most senior person available. UNBELIEVABLLY LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SATISFACTION!! now have the mammoth task of finding another driving school , getting used to a new car in 3 weeks and trying to get my £120 refunded. I WOULD THEREFORE NOT RECOMMED THIS COMPANY AT ALL.
