We have just purchased a house via Harry of the Wimbledon Park office. Throughout the entire purchase process Harry has been efficient, professional and pro-active with obtaining answers & info back from the sellers in regard to our various questions. Apart from not being able to accommodate a couple of additional viewings that we requested the whole process has been smooth & very positive and as such we would certainly recommend Harry / Brinkleys.

Zulekha manages my properties and she’s very good at dealing with any issues. Her solutions are always very good and her customer service is great, she always looks after me.

I’m a portfolio landlord and Zulekha has been managing my properties in Putney for the last 2 years. I went to Brinkley’s as I was unhappy with my previous agent and I had doubts how Brinkley’s would work but I must say Zulekha has been highly professional and dealt with all my properties in a well mannered way. She has dealt with all my issues swiftly and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a property manager.

Dhruvika has been managing my proplerties since she joined Brinkleys and I was amazed how quickly she got to know my way of dealing with tenants and Management Companies of my flats. I never have to chase her to deal with my issues and haven been satisfied with the outcome.

Dhruvika Patel is the property manager for my flat which is let through Brinkley’s, and the service and support she provides is nothing short of exceptional. Due to external factors, I have had a few problems with my flat lately. Dhruvika has been there to help every step of the way, always available and promptly responding to all my queries, providing suggestion and solutions when needed, and proactively taking things forward. Overall she had made my life easier and the problems less stressful to deal with. It is such a relief to have my flat managed by someone who I can trust even when things go wrong.

Very rude and unprofessional. Just called with a query on one of the rental properties available on their website and got told it's under offer, the offer will surely be accepted and end of conversation. Didn't even spend 2min to have a chat.. we might have gone above the price the owner got, but their "estate agent" didn't even give them that chance... very poor!

Our experience with Dhruvika Patel in the property management section has been excellent. She has been unfailingly responsive, professional and understanding and works hard to resolve maintenance issues as smoothly as possible under challenging circumstances (a slow to respond landlord). Her excellent communication and interpersonal skills have helped ease the frustration we (the tenants) have experienced with our landlord.
