First of all huge thanks to JP personally!
I have been renting in London for 15 years but I must say I have never experienced such amazing, friendly and professional service before. I found a property that I liked, we talked, JP booked a viewing on the day, called me to explain all details with no rush, calmly and very very diligently. And that was it, it took just 2-3 days to complete the referencing process and sign the contract. So big thanks to Gisella too.
I strongly recommend this agency, it was such a wonderful surprise to know that there are still letting agents who treat you with a lot of understanding and respect. There was no push or a moment of discomfort at any point.
Changing your home is stressful but JP made it feel so great! What an enjoyable experience.

I had a very positive experience with Brinkleys Estate Agency. The entire process was smooth, with no issues at all. Their communication was excellent, and everything was handled transparently. I want to particularly commend Kate Sheard—she was incredibly helpful and always responded quickly to any questions I had. I would certainly recommend them.

Dhruvika has made living under Brinkleys management so easy, nice and supported. Dhruvika is quick to respond to any query's, always ready with a solution and is overall a lovely person!

For 7 years done everything a tennant should.
This is despite damp and mould, water in the electrics etc.
They didn't manage the property in the slightest.
On moving out they then provided bogus claims against the deposit which was backed by mydeposits.co.uk (also rogue landlord best freind)
So I'm out of pocket, they've re-let a sub-standard property.
if you do rent from these guys don't pay up at the end of your tennancy, let them chase you, an actual court would not side with a landlord the way mydeposits do.

Gisella was really nice to deal with, she was very quick to respond and was able to sort out any issues

The help and reassurance Marco provided in getting my property ready for rental (hiring and managing contractors and offering sound advice along the way), with prompt communication and making himself available at all hours made, what could have been a stressful few months truly smooth sailing. JP stepped in quickly if needed, and he and Gisella quickly found and vetted a tenant, again with extremely efficient communications. I've also received correspondence from Laura and Dhruvika when needed - clearly a well coordinated and supportive team. I could not have hoped for a more positive experience. Thank you all!

House is very nice.

With an initially tricky start with Brinkleys, we were "handed over" to Dhruvika to help deal with the mountain of problems in our flat. We cannot express what a relief it was to have Dhruvika as our contact - she was so responsive, kind and always kept us in the loop with everything and things actually got moving!! Dhruvika went above and beyond to ensure that all issues were sorted and, more importantly, not ignored - everything a property manager should be (and more!)

I was in a stressful situation have a lovely house for around 6 years and unfortunately my landlord need back for her daughter ....so start to look around have nearly 4 months but not easy if you are a family whit pets and ask for a good place to stay thanks to Suzy Browne in Brinkley's Wimbledon Village she know what to do and she make everything going easy very professional and smart lady thank you for all you did even answer me on her time off ....Best agent

The team at Brinkley's is nothing short of exceptional from the broker to their agents. They are currently overseeing the lease on my property and have made it so easy for me and trouble free with the way they take care of things.

Just wanted to say that it was a pleasure dealing with Marco and Suzy in respect of renting out my property. They were professional at all times, listened to my needs and provided regular feedback.

As soon as you hand over that deposit money the smiles and quick responses disappear and you are met with really rude, argumentative staff - it gets even worse when you inform them you do not wish to renew your tenancy.

Brinkley's broke multiple contractual obligations - I have raised a grievance through the appropriate regulator. They let an uncleaned flat and then changed the third party move in report themselves in their favour - something I have complained about but had no response too (this has become the norm).

When I did raise an issue about conducting viewings outside of the viewing period and without notification (they were ignored at first), I got a phone call threatening to give us bad references for future rentals if we did not drop the issue - rather than just looking into what happened.

I am only writing this review now as I have moved out and they no longer have leverage to use against me to get what they want.

Like some of the reviews below I am also in shock at the way Brinkley's treat their tenants - I have never had a problem with a landlord or agency, always paid rent on time and been a good tenant. Not sure whats wrong with these people but its quite a toxic business - Avoid at all costs (I know you don't always have the option - if not then just beware)
