Brilliant Window Films and Graphics Ltd Anmeldelser

Swift and efficient

Both Lisa and Joe were really helpful and professional, from my initial query through to the actual appointment.

I got an appointment within a short space and Joe helped me to decide what film would be best for my windows, giving me various options to choose from and explaining the difference.

My fitting was done a few days later and Joe was punctual, friendly, respectful of the property and very tidy.

He was even kind enough to tolerate my immature giggling at my finished windows and how good they looked from both inside and outside. It would be fair to say I was a teensy bit excited about it!
I keep catching myself admiring them now, even four days later. Ha!

Fantastic!. Joe was very knowledgeable great communication from Lisa… Couldn’t be more happy looks great..👌 highly recommended.

From first contact to completion, the service, information and speed of action really were "brilliant". Joe did a splendid job installing the film to my conservatory roof, leaving no mess and with heavy furniture back in place. Thank you all.

Joe was brilliant, totally professional, great at what he does, a great experience with this company from start to finish! Also Joe was brilliant (!) at counselling a nervous artist that the light would be good enough to paint having applied Prestige 70 film to my windows, whilst protecting paintings.. Big thanks to Joe..

Brilliant Window Films and Graphics were recommended to us and they didn't disappoint. We required solar window film on 8 office windows. Joe visited and quoted for the job and was able to return and complete the installation within a week. We are extremely happy with the quality of the product and the installation by Joe. Lisa in the office was super friendly too.

We are extremely happy with the whole service and with the finished product provided by the Brilliant team and would thoroughly recommend them to anybody thinking of having window film installed. The price was very reasonable and throughout we received an excellent service. They are a thoroughly professional and personable team and we would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

From my initial contact to completion of the job, I experienced true professionalism and courtesy from the Brilliant team. Lisa was very helpful in arranging a quote and consultation with Joe. I was sent samples and Joe talked me through options. On the day of installation, Joe did a fantastic job, leaving the garden room clean and tidy. I am very happy with the quality of the work and professionalism. I would highly recommend Joe and the brilliant team.

Brilliant Windows have just completed fitting heat reflective film to a large number of windows and glass doors in our house some of which were quite tricky. Joe and his colleague who did the work were excellent, very helpful and knowledgeable, got to the house on time and managed the scaffolders well (there was a high level roof window). We felt the job they did was excellent - we're very pleased.

From the point of initial contact, really good communication. Joe came round to show us the different film options. The price quoted was reasonable and the final installation looks great. It was carried out efficiently and without any mess or disruption. Would strongly recommend, thank you.

This was our second installation by Joe; great service again, a quality installation and excellent window film that cuts out the harmful UV and the worst of the heat on the sunny side of our house.

Fab service from Joe and team on fitting x5 privacy window film. Competitive pricing, great communication as well as leaving area neat and tidy. Would recommend :)

Great service and great results. Joe did a great job and I'm really happy with how it's turned out

Joe is “Brilliant “ at what he does. He provides an excellent customer service and fitting operation at a very competitive price. He fitted film to our glass gable end in quite a restrictive environment, he did it very cleanly, tidily and safely.
I could not recommend him highly enough.
Thanks Joe.

Joe made a detailed note of what we needed for our conservatory roof and recommended what we needed to keep out glare. His work was immaculate and careful and we are delighted with the result. He had good communication throughout the process which gave confidence in his service.

Joe was epic and we are so pleased with the end result. Finishes off our conservatory area so well.

Joe did the windows in my house to protect my wood floor against UV and also provide some privacy in other rooms. At every stage Joe was very specific about the process, gave me lots of options, as well as setting realistic expectations. I would definitely use again and recommend to others.

Would highly recommend Joe, we wanted to add privacy on to our front bay window without making the room feel dark, he advised us on the best film to get & done an excellent job.
Thanks again!

Joe was excellent from start to finish, responses have been really quick throughout the process also which is appreciated. The Dual Reflective film fitted on our kitchen doors have already made such a difference, making the space feel more private and reduced glare. Thanks Joe, would highly recommend!

Joe has just finished putting reflective film on our patio cover; a great job he's made of it, and at very reasonable price. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jos to friends and family.
