I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Mercedes-Benz of Brighton.
I ordered a new Mercedes vehicle 5mths ago that required specialist adaptations due to my disability. From the beginning of the process, the dealership was fully aware that the vehicle qualified for VAT zero-rating because it was being adapted for use by a disabled person. This was discussed during the purchase and at no point was it indicated that this would be a problem.
However, just as the vehicle was about to be delivered, the dealership suddenly refused to apply the VAT exemption. This was after a contract had been signed and a deposit paid, and after they had been aware from the start that the vehicle was adapted and qualified under the HMRC rules for disabled customers.
This situation has caused significant stress, delay, and financial uncertainty. It is extremely disappointing to see a company representing a premium brand handle a matter involving a disabled customer in such an unhelpful and inflexible way.
I expected much better professionalism and understanding from a Mercedes dealership. Instead, the experience has been frustrating and deeply disappointing.
I would strongly urge anyone in a similar situation to get everything in writing and verify the dealership’s position on VAT exemptions before proceeding.

The Green Diamond,Apts in Brighton UK are misleading, small apt. With no charismatic. No way is it a 1 star.
Hotel next door is so much better.
Finding the place is a nightmare.
You pick up a key at a shop 30 mins away. What a pain. The shop cant even tell you where it is. No parking! Paid 40 $ a day. You take one elevator in the parking lot to get to the outside Ground Floor, then another in the building. Ridiculous. Drag luggage up to the apt. Lots of stairs.
Washing machine is in a closet in the bedroom. There is no clothes dryer. There is a clothes rack. The only closet in the apt is Where the washing machine sits in. No balconies. No king beds .. double is more like it. Nothing of the sea side view. You look at a back alley way where punk rockers hang w music till 12am . Homeless are sleeping in the corner of the building.
5am the garage truck comes around.
No towels service.
I cant tell u how upset I am. Called the number given to me. No response. Never called back. They sent me a note.
Over rated. Mold in the bathroom.
No dryer. Iron is broken. Elevator is broken. This building needs maintenance badly. Book a room next door at the Leopardo Hotel which is cheaper, has maid services, pool, spa and a view of the water for much less.

Offer a gluten free menu. Welcome you in, ask about allergies and take your order. Bring drinks order then send a junior member of staff out to advise that they would be refusing to serve me as I am Coeliac! Even when I advised I would take my own responsibility and would even sign a disclaimer the party line was they would serve the rest of the party, not me! Short sighted and pathetic. There are many many other places in Brighton who are sensitive and when they advertise a gluten free menu deliver!!

ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY ,
Cost us £45 for 4 people , To go round the mini golf in less than 30mins , there was 12 small, Very small holes to play ,
So I went to complain, The Manager was very rude , and didn't care less , Her attitude was appalling , i asked for a telephone number or an email address that i could contact , because i was not happy about what she was saying to me , she wouldn't give me either . Really Bad Way To Run A Business ,
I have also now read a few reviews saying the same thing , and every comment from the manager is the same response, They don't care , they just want your money , No access for Disabled , And can not take a buggy in for baby , They Actually questioned how old my granddaughter was -shes 2 , because over 2 have to pay , more money for them ,
And If you want to just watch and not play , they still charge Full price, Basically told me if i didn't like it TOUGH

Looking for a pair of summer walking shoes, the assistant Jara was really helpful and brought out different pairs to try on. I made purchase and walked around in them at home for a few days, but sadly had to return them as they weren't as comfortable as I had hoped. Jara was working when I returned to the shop and he made the refund transaction quickly and there was no hassle. Thanks for helping me...

I had the most wonderful night out in the Bayleaf Indian restaurant , the service, was top notch, two really lovely brothers who know there craft ,food was some of the finest I have ever eaten, the welcome was a warm one , thanks, Raffa, saffi. For a lovely night . 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻💎💎

EVERY map-based search results in ZERO results. Can't believe they have invested in having a web search, an app, and offices, yet they NEVER show any results to rent from their map search. Hilarious
