These absolute bufoons entered the wrong Social number for me and wont even change it without redoing the entire loan. so now I am stuck with incorrect info on my car loan as well as them denying payment so they can charge me a late fee. Shadies company ever, carvanna and bridgecrest should be held liable for the lemon cars they sell and push off through their bs checks. 15k for a car Ive already put 2k into the first year and when brough up its just gfys.

If you buy a car from Carvana, be sure you do not finance it through their in-house loan company, Bridgecrest. They make it very difficult to pay any additional principal if you choose to pay your loan off early. I am in the process of refinancing with another lender and the salesman has told me that Bridgecrest has people leaving them in droves. He alone does 2 to three new refinancing a day. I am also getting a new loan for 3.5 percent lower than Bridgecrest. If you want to save yourself some headaches, go with another lender or call "The Lending Tree" and deal with some really nice folks who will save you some money and treat you well. Bridgecrest has the most rude and nasty people you will have to deal with, and all are not in the United States. Probably India.

Don’t use them or drive time Why can’t we give them a 0? Bridgecrest did not provide my title until 2 years later. My lawyer had to make them send it. I could not refinance the vehicle as I had no title and I live in a title state which made it illegal for them to hold it than get this they took me off the portal to pay I spent hours trying to get them to fix it keep in mind I paid over the amount of the vehicle than they repossessed the vehicle than began reporting on my credit you have to hire a lawyer with this company I pray they have class action lawsuits

Awful customer service. Very rude and condescending representatives. I have anxiety and I rehearse what I need to say prior to getting on the phone. I KNOW that what I'm saying makes sense. "The DMV hasn't received my title, so I'm calling to check and make sure the transfer request went through."

YES. THAT'S WHAT I SAID THREE TIMES???? This is the second call I've had with them and they either talk to me like I'm a child or pretend to be children themselves (since they pretend not to understand what I'm saying). I texted in one day to ask for the appropriate address to put on a title transfer request. They asked me to provide my social and full name first. I declined because I wasn't comfortable texting my social and they didn't need it to give me the information I was asking for. They never responded. My next move will be to call the management I found. If I don't receive my title by the end of the month, I'll file a BBB complaint. If you check BBB, there are thousands of people complaining of the same issues that I am. Rude reps and awful processes that involve losing titles, withholding titles and selling vehicles prior to even securing a title. I've never missed or been late with a payment. I'm actually on track to pay my loan off early so that I don't pay any extra interest to these people.
This company is very shady
This company is very shady. I would never buy another car from Carvana because of Bridgecrest. I had paid most of the loan off early & wanted to do an amortization chart before paying it all off. The website indicated the payoff & the amount was valid for 10 days. We paid that amount. While waiting for the title to come we checked the website & they had added about $200.00 more. They said the pay off quote was different than the amount we had paid. What a joke! Holding the title for ransom to exhort us.
A shady con of a company
I used the company through a loan with Carvana. It ended up being a huge mistake. My credit score was pretty good, so I got a decent rate with them. The vehicle ended up totaled, which began a mess of an experience with Bridgecrest. The company would not do any of their part of the claim process. I ended up having to demand their paperwork and submit it myself. The GAP insurance ended up being exactly the same. I had to do their job for them. They drug out the claim for months, charging me interest. When we finally got to the GAP portion, I stopped paying. They spent two months and failed to submit the paperwork to the GAP company. Again, I demanded the paperwork, submitted it myself, and two days later, they were paid. Then, the next problem was that the company refused to post the payment for over two weeks, getting another missed payment under their belt. They also filed with credit for my missed payments because they didn't want to do their job, and devastated my credit. On top of that, the payments I did make, trying to preserve my credit, that they got paid for through insurance, they refused to refund. It is a very poor company with very shady business practices.

If you try to update your financial payment.....Example: Checking to Saving or updated Saving to Checking....After duplication payment reversal took by a week for e-check another week money appearance to your bank total two weeks must becareful your bank insufficiency fund charged multiple transaction negative caused......However, you need to call customers support for help as always said apologized problem occur.......Anyway They didn't care customers feeling bad/sad.......If you need help manually transaction or setup auto payment they'll charged you NSF $15 or the systems will automatic charged fee add-up into your next payment...! The problem to them but they'll throw all problem you to us or to me...! This worsted Customers Services and this auto loan Finanacial Institution...!!!
TERRIBLE SERVICE NEVER BUY A CAR WITH THEM EVER
I bought you a 2013 chevy which I had problems paying so I wanted to repossess it but I wanted to let it go but they just gave me buts so I paid what I owed and they told me I couldn't pay for the app again so now I have to call to make the payment. The payment is on the 15th of each month but for the last two months I have not been able to pay that day so the first month I called and the person who assisted me told me that there was no problem paying the next day but now I call and talk to another person which you give me more buts so as not to collaborate with me, I want to make the payment but I simply wanted a 1-day payment and the lady who assisted me was rude and simply did not want to help me. Very bad service from the beginning. They do not help the client at all, it simply makes it more difficult for one as a client to make their payment. Apart from everything, THEY DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS, which is absurd, I do not understand why they do it since I am simply paying my fee, a terrible company, I do not recommend it at all. purchase a vehicle with them. TERRIBLE BUT VERY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Apart from everything, they never explain to you what the process is like when returning the car after the repossession because when they take it they send it to hell, you never have any type of concrete information when you get it back they simply ignore the matter. This situation is too frustrating for you as a customer. And the worst thing about this whole situation is that the lady who answered my last call threatened me saying that they couldn't do anything since I already had bad credit and that if I missed the payment again they would automatically screw up my credit even more. I mean, ma'am, I'm calling so that you can help me and give me until the next day, not so that you can threaten me or treat the customer badly, I come back and say very bad customer service. Horrible… an 8.000.00 car turn into a 29.000.00 loan .. the worst is no one can answer any questions as to why. I will never buy a vehicle from them again, I ts a place where you should stay away from. It’s a predatory business trap.
VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER
This is my 4th car loan with Bridgecrest and have never had any issues. Their website is simple and straightforward and you can even make payments with a credit card. Customer service is friendly and knowledgeable. I seriously get tired of people leaving negative reviews, when they are the problem not Bridgecrest. Make your payments early or on time and you’ll never have an issue. Lastly, their warranty company Silverock is one of the best in the business!

My vehicle should have already been paid off, can’t get a hold of anybody to confirm because their website says otherwise. I’m trying to figure this out because my vehicle is 8 years old and the engine is seized. They have continuously harassed me saying I’m behind on my loan and I know I’m not. This lending institution fosters a partnership with Carvana and if you know anything about Carvana, then that should be enough to never consider them as your investment choice for a loan. Sadly, Carvana reinstated a previous loan without obtaining my electronic signature to do so. I’ve tried numerous times to speak with the fraud/risk management department but they claim that department doesn’t exist or they route the call to a representative with Carvana. Then Carvana resolutions staff are locked to Megan or Nick whom have switched up and made so many different claims to this rebuild(their terminology). I’m having difficulty obtaining legal council for the false signed contract and have resorted to the state attorney general in California for help. Where have the moral for ethics gone with lenders allowing car dealerships like Carvana to falsely produce contracts. Then to reinforce without even taking note from the consumer that the documents are submitted illegally. That’s what BridgeCrest exudes for behaviors with being a lending instrument for your needs. Even if it was your only option, think and reconsider another outlet for your lending choice. We as concerned consumers need to boycott and stand up together against companies that behavior is unethical. Simply put, EVERY vehicle that Carvana gets financing for is another liability FOR YOUR children, siblings, elders THAT ARE OUT on the roadways being put in harms way.
Inconsistent Payment Application
There is no consistency in how payments are applied to the monthly amount due. I pay early and every two weeks instead of once a month. Some how I owe more than what monthly note is supposed to be. No one can seem to answer the question as to why it is show more. They are too stupid to comprehend early payments.
Bridgecrest is the worst
My son financed a car from Carvana through Bridgecrest. He put 5000 miles on it in 18 months, paid $400 a month on time, then he died. The car is worth $11K. Bridgecrest says he owes $16,700. They call his phone every day even though they know he's dead. I sent them a letter with my contact information, email only, and haven't heard though I get 3-5 random calls a day that are probably them. I told them I don't answer my phone. Their specialty is taking advantage of poor or innocent or ignorant people. Dont' do it.

Horrible customer service! Mario was rude and condescending. Reused to answer questions when asked directly and specifically asked regarding payments. DO NOT purchase a car from Bridgecrest. Worst experience of financing I have ever had! I would give ZERO stars if possible.
This company repossessed my vehicle…
This company repossessed my vehicle AFTER making a payment. It posted to my account and they received the money and STILL took my vehicle. After speaking with them, they stayed I will need to pay almost $3k to get possession of my vehicle. And this is the SECOND time they've done this. Im so frustrated and stress over this.

ONE OF THE WORST COMPANIES I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! "PERIOD" 1st, Horrible customer service, no compassion, no help nothing. they sound like robots. Bleeding you dry with "fees" that are not correct. I supposedly had two payments returned by my "bank" chase bank. However Chase has no record of them being presented let alone returned for non payment I called them to ask them how and why? Chase said they didn't know provided me with documentation stating it was never presented. Called Bridgecrest was hung up on three times. Finally got "Al" on the phone he was rude, and told me I wasn't on the account. (which I am) told me I was married to the other party on the account how can I use his information. "We are both on the Account" I then just paid it using my debit card, He didn't' want to hear that there is over 3,000 in his account why was it returned. he didn't know but get this charged me 3.95 to pay a payment with him and being charged 15.00 for the return free. WHAT?!?!?!?!?!?!? So I paid it just to get it paid! Spoke to a supervisor "Sydney" She told me I can send in my bank statement to show them, however in her professional experience she has never seen it reversed had no resolution but submit my grievance to customerrelations@bridgecrest and see where is goes! The company will try and get any fee for any reason ever! Horrible. Getting my car refinanced as I type. I will never do business with them ever just horrible!
